GeneralG1) Tenant shall have access to the Premises, and the Building 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 52weeks per year. Tenant will contract with independent secutiry contractor to provide and installsecurity/access system at all exterior doors, doors to each section or unit and doors called out in the roomdata sheet to receive electronic card access reader. Landlord to provide: a) Power, metal boxes, conduits ofsufficient size as determined during desing, bushings, and drag line extended to above ceiling, and/or infloor wire distribution system, including ceiling mounted cameras and access card readers (cameras andcard readers by tenant). Number and placement to be determined by design. b) fire seal as required afterinstallation of cabling by others. c) doors and frames to accept access system hardware & electric. d)coordinate installation with LL's locksmith, door vendor, contractor, and tenant's security contractor wherenecessary. e) LL to provide electric strike in door frames - HES (Hanchett Entry Systems) 5200C ElectricStrike or similar and compatible door hardware, cores, and keys. f) other type locks to be provided bylandlord's locksmith as specified by tenant.G2) Each agency to have agency sub-master key under building master. Design parameters for balanced noise criteria (NCB) utilizing recommended ANSI levels are:executive area & conference rooms 25-30 NCB, open plan office areas 35-40 NCB, computer equipmentrooms 38-43 NCB, main lobby areas 38-48 NCB & libraries 33-37 NCB.A3) Provide door closers at all main doors entering agency space, secure areas and doors controlled bycard access.A4) Provide blocking for wall mounted monitors with power and data where indicated in the room datasheets as well as some open staff areas.MechanicalM1) HVAC systems must be available for 24/7/365 operation.M2) Temperature Controls: Maximum of 1/1200sf. ElectricalE1) Maximum of eight convenience receptacles per single pole, 20 Amp breaker.E2) For each workstation or desk required by tenant, provide the following minimum power and data.A) Freestanding furntiure in private offices, regardless of Type, shall have a minimum three duplexreceptacles -one computer duplex receptacle, one convenience receptacle and one data receptacle with aminimum of two RJ-45 jacks under each desk. Then one convenience duplex receptacle on the oppositewall. Type B offices shall have one additional data receptacle next to convenience power receptacle for aconference table or printer. Maximum of four power receptacles per single pole 20 Amp breaker.

B) Modular furniture with powered panels shall have a minimum two duplex receptacles,and one data receptacle with a minimum of two RJ-45 jacks.E3) Provide an additional 29 dedicated single pole, 20 Amp duplex receptacles and 29 telecom/datareceptacles, placed as directed by OGS for copiers, printers, faxes and other specialized office equipment.Provide access for 317 telecom/data cable locations (i.e. core drilling with distribution boxes for poweredpanels, and/or raised access floor (6" minimum), and/or in wall access with metal boxes. Conduits ofsufficient size and quantity as determined by design, bushings, and drag line extended to above ceilingand/or in floor wire distribution system, etc.) Landlord to fire seal as required after installation of cabling byothers. Patch cables, wireless router, phones, printers, faxes, copiers andother specialized office equipment provided by Tenant.
