Recruitment of sales force for following services:

Education and TrainingRecruitment process will involve:- Interview to check communication skills and convincing power. A written test to see the technical aspect . A psycho metric test to see if the person is extrovert and has the skill of making networks with various campuses and companies.

ConsultancyRecruitment process will involve:- Case based interviews and written test to check communication skills, command over language (verbal and written), analytical skills i.e. core consultancy skills. Academic performance of the candidate should also be strong and consistent. Cultural fit and attitude are important aspects which will be evaluated in interview.

AirlinesRecruitment process will involve:- Group interview and personal interview (kind of stress interview) to test attitude and behavioral response of the candidate in a stiff and pressurized environment since sales people often encounter difficult situations particularly in hospitality industry. Skills can be taught in training sessions so prioritizing attitude is important in this service.

Banking and Insurance

Structured interviews will be conducted so that candidates are rated on consistent rating process. Some amount of finance/ commerce knowledge will be tested and evaluated. Attitude test will be conducted since salesperson is a point of contact between customer and company and thus his attitude will reflect companys value system and image.
