In our meeting earlier today, we discussed the programme for the visit and agreed the following:

Edith is going to meet the Polish team at the airport at 8:45 a.m. The sales team will join us for coffee at 9:45 a.m. Eric will lead the meeting at 10:15. Were having lunch in the company restaurant at 12:45 p.m., and in the afternoon, Veejay will take the visitors on a tour of the factory. Well have a question and answer time and coffee at 4:00 p.m., and after that, Edith will go with the Polish team to their hotel.
