The Teleos Coach Development Program is 10 days (two 5-day residential sessions), online self-learning, andconsists of the following:

Four Core Learning Structures to support different types of adult learning, as well as to support mentoring and one-on-one feedback from peers and master faculty.

Twelve Experiential Learning Modules are delivered daily during the residential program, where participants take part in exercises, small group discussions, role playing, and writing reflections to personalize the learning.

Eight Theory Modules cover foundational research, models, neuro-psychology, and best practices in short lectures.
