Control of pump parameters is totally automatic and is performed through experience tables.

OXYFUEL CUTTING MACHINESE�ciency of nesting is crucial also for plasma and oxyfuel cutting machines. In particular, the software includes algorithms for multi-torch machines with manual and programmable torches.Libellula.CUT automatically handles bevel cut (single, double and triple cutting) and optimizes cutting paths in order to reduce costs of consumables, which may have a signi�cant impact on pro�tability.

Libellula.CUT is a CAD/CAM application optimized for programming all kinds of cutting machines.

Thanks to its integrated CAD system, Libellula.CUT creates or imports geometric parts from any other designing environment, automatically optimizing pro�les and allows saving the created icons into a central library.

Thanks to its excellent automatic nesting algorithms, Libellula.CUT calculates best positioning through a growing system of more and more accurate tests.

Any further machine is easy to con�gure beginning from an existing program.Moreover, by means of di�erent options o�ered by the Libellula Univers software suite, it is possible to apply the same philosophy also to di�erent machines such as punching machines.

Safe handling machine.Libellula.CUT algorithms ensure no collision between machine and plate, or safety zones due to the presence of clamps or others mechanic elements. A real simulation of the machining stage allows the user to actively perform a double-check.

mod.HVAC

The module mod.HVAC is a library of parametric shapes for ventilation and conditioning.

It includes three groups of shapes: round and conical, square-type (rectangular, rectangular with radius, hopper-type) and oval ones. Furthemore, several other 2D shapes provide the user with the most used shapes among duct manufacturers (rings and �anges).

Once a shape is selected, dimensional and technologic parameters will be shown, allowing to unfold the part, to choose the unfolding point, to set the notch lines generation points

Status of Position placementLibellula always places parts under your control to choose the method of placement. Drag & drop parts into the plate to add just one or �ll completely the sheet or just �ll up the plate till the edge of the nesting.

Real time collision checkLibellula always detects in real time a nesting collision, if apart is overlapped or under the tolerance distance, showing graphically the possible problems to always verify the quality of the nesting in a very easy way. It is also possible to avoid overlapping risk when nesting manually.

Fast Manual NestingA complete list of options to manually create yournesting, with functions as duplicate icons, matrix �lling, auto rotation to create couple, mirror pairing, with keyboard shortcut to easily add and move parts. All these options allow you to create even a complex nesting in the shortest time.

Automatic CutRapidly apply technology on your multisheet work, single sheet, selected parts, etc… availability of many di�erent options such lead in selection, head position in rapid movement, optimized path sorting, priority technology type, Pre piercing, �lm burning, collision check and reduce lead in, microjoint, common cut, etc…

Manual CutUse local or table parameter to apply the necessary lead in and technology path sequence. Snap to attach lead in strategic points, head position selection, cut direction (editable).

Save/Load Icon TechnologyEvery part can store a saved technology or many di�er-ent. Those technologies can be automatically loaded to always have the desired special technology applied. Load just the icon selected or link the function to automatic cut to always be synchronized with approved technologies.

RepeatIf you have worked many parts linked together like with bridges, special lead in sequence, etc… repeat this cluster of work in equal subprogram with correct technology.

Micro jointsAdd easily multiple micro joints on the nested parts. Lead in and gap selection, many edit possibilities such as move, add, change parameter, etc… All the settings can be applied also with automatic cut.

Broken CutUsed to set a start and an end point everywhere on the cut pro�le to make special working path in order to produce the part. It is also possible to add automatically micro joints during the cut or a gap on the snap point.

Common CutAfter a nesting made for common cut, automatically or manually made, common cut recognize the part correctly in common for an always correct placement and measures at the end of the process. Possibility to select di�erent kind of algorithm like Grid, Piercing �rst, By Pro�le, etc… to choose the best order sorting for common cut according to the nested parts. You can also link the function to automatic cut to work with one only operation internal, normal separated cut and common cut, Libellula will recognize the di�erence automatically.

ModifyThis toolbar contains many di�erent edit functions for various situation that can be changed such as movement, head position, lead in type and position, etc…

Bevel CutThis function works recognizing the bevel and macro bevel element created in Libellula Cad and automatically cut the right sequence of elements to produce a bevel cut. Select lead in, rapid movement route, continuous cut between bevel elements or loop. With simple operation is possible to de�ne side by side a bevel part or the system can provide a solution completely automatically.

RepositioningFor Machine that have di�erent area of work managed by a reposition of the table, Libellula manage the reposition and the correct cutting process between the edge line allowing to automatically recognize where to applies broken cuts to be completed after reposition.

Drilling/TappingManagement of tools turret for tapping, drilling, �aring operation. In the Cad you can de�ne di�erent kind of pro�le and sequence of operation. In Libellula you will load your turret list and automatically the system apply the correct tool sequence to create the correct part program.

Simulation (also 3D)After the technology programming, verify the work with 2d simulation and also with 3D simulation, very useful for bevel cutting. Intuitive interface to guide the simulation in the point you need to verify.

Common PiercingUseful function for high thicknesses, allow to select a common piercing point where all lead ins for selected parts are connected. This operations will save time and machine wear.

BridgesSelected parts will be connected with a bridge as big as the chosen gap. Libellula will cut the part in the right sequence to use only one piercing and removing the bridge in the back route to the �rst part. This operation will save time and machine wear.

Free CutCreate a special shaped cut everywhere on the plate, link the cut on a snap point or projected point to separate the selected area of the plate. It is also possible to convert the cut into rapid movement to create manual route of rapid movement.

WeldingsThis function allow to add multiple weldings on parts. Lead in and gap are editable, useful for machine that can manage this kind of operation.

Grid CuttingAutomatic function that recognize straight shaped grid of holes such as squares, rectangle, hexagon, etc… and perform a sorting to optimize rapid movement and direction change in order to fatly cut the grid of holes. Choose to apply the function completely automatic, just per parts or just per selected pro�les.

Continuous CutConvert a rapid movement into a cut path, this allow to not stop the machine and make a continuous cut to reach the next part saving time in machine stops and piercing to save consumables. Automatic verify of collision in the cut path to ensure a safe route.

Working SortingWhen all the working operation are done, you can always decide to edit the complete sorting of operation. Select from a list of possible routes to fast modify all the rapid movement and lead in sequence. Is possible to apply the function on all the plate or just on selected parts. Di�erent kinds of algorithm can give you di�erent results to choose and compare, also depending on a regularity parameter that de�nes the tolerance of movement change.

Collision check lead inAlways active in Libellula a real time collision of technol-ogy operation to avoid any danger applying technology automatically or manually. This system foresee also an automatic change of lead in dimension when in collision or a graphic color change to show you clearly where you have to operate in case of lead in collision check.

Time calculationThe result of time calculation is very near to real execution thanks to many parameter stored in technological tables and machine con�guration. Slowing down movement, acceleration, di�erent cut speed and piercing type depending on line, etc… all these parameters ensure a very precise result.

Get ScrapLibellula o�ers a complete set of get scrap cutting operation, select the remnant type you want such as rectangle, trimmed rectangle, skeleton, extended remnant, etc… Libellula will create the technological operation to program the machine cut and allow you to save the resulting shape into mod.Storage for future use. You can also de�ne a free cut and get the scrap trough Libellula.CAD or draw directly the shape you need to save.

Destroy ScrapSelecting a measure gap or a number of resulting area, Libellula perform a linear cut between parts and shape edge to divide the resulting scrap for better unloading procedure reducing time in unload and space to store the scrap. Filtering possibilities in order to avoid small cut, internal cut when not necessary.
