This role provides administrative and project management resource to set up, manage and deliver this bespoke programme.

SWarm is a pilot programme funded by Arts Council England through the Transforming Leadership fund. It is a multi-layered, legacy driven leadership programme, underpinned by social entrepreneurship learning. It is designed for women with protected characteristics, based in the South West region. A collaboration with Southampton Business School aims for an accessible programme design with impact evaluation at its core. The programme identifies new talent, establishes multiple, robust networks and aims to support value driven leaders of the future.

The programme offers developmental work engagements for talented women living in the SW from a range of backgrounds, opening up access for those who might otherwise struggle to find a way in.

From December 2019 to March 2022

The contracted individual or organisation will be responsible for paying their own tax and national insurance. The fee and expenses will be paid monthly in arrears on receipt of an invoice with receipts against expenses.
