Shout Out & Sponsorship Information for 2017 Program

It’s time to put together this season’s football/cheer program. As always, we are offering parents the opportunity to place a “shout out” ad for a football player, cheerleader, coach, etc. If you would like to include a personal message, the submission deadline is August 10th.

You have the option of purchasing a basic shout-out, a ¼ page (3.75” x 5”) , ½ page (7.5” x 5”), or full page (7.5 x 10) message. You can even include a full color picture of your Bobcat in uniform at no extra cost. So get out your camera and capture your child’s team spirit! Cheer Parents e-mail your photos and submissions to beavercheer16@gmail.com by August 10th. Football Parents e-mail your submissions to by August 10th. Please email your submissions and use the title “Bobcat Football/Cheer Program” in the subject line. If you are including a photo, please no street clothes, uniforms only. Examples of the different styles are shown below, more samples are in last year’s program.

Be creative and show your Bobcat pride! Your messages and photos add to the memories and turn the program into a treasured keepsake. Word documents will NOT be accepted. You must know how to design in a photoshop, photo elements or some other picture editor program that will allow you to save as a jpeg or pdf. If you do not know how to do it please just submit a picture and it will be placed in one of the ads created last year.

Basic Shout-Out/First Down Sponsorship: $5

Quarter Page Shout-Out/Safety Sponsorship: $40 (3.75” x 5”)

Color, glossy, ¼ page - More space for messages. Photos can be included at no extra cost.

Half Page Shout-Out/Field Goal Sponsorship: $60

Color, glossy, ½ page. (7.5” x 5”), Bigger pictures and more message space to really stand out. Photos can be included at no extra cost

Full Page Shout-Out/Touchdown Sponsorship: $120 (7.5 x 10)

Color, glossy, whole page. All the space you need to be creative and come up with a unique and memorable message. Great for seniors. Photos are included at no extra cost.

If you have a business or know somebody who does, these ad opportunities are available to them, as well.
