B. Jurisdictional Map of Peñablanca
The Municipality of Peñablanca has a total population of 48, 584 as of 2015
and land area of 1,193.20 sq km (460.70 sq mi) that has its eastern boundary along
the stretch of the Pacific Ocean; on its southern edge is the Pacific Ocean to
Namabbalan, Tuguegarao City; from the point its western perimeter touches the
eastern side of Tuguegarao City, Iguig and Amulung up to the southern boundary
of Baggao.

III. LOGISTICAL UPDATE
A. Status of Fire Stations/Substations
Peñablanca Fire Station is presently housed at OSCA Building, owned by the LGU located at Centro, Peñablanca, Cagayan.
With the LGU of Peñablanca’s support to the Bureau, a Resolution by
the Sanggunian Bayan was duly adopted during their regular session for the Donation of a 320 sq. m. lot for the establishment of new Peñablanca Fire Station located along the National Highway, Brgy. Camasi, Peñablanca, Cagayan.
In this regard, allocation of funds for the construction of the proposed typical fire station has been approved. Ground breaking for the new Peñablanca Fire Station at Brgy Camasi, Peñablanca, Cagayan was held last 18 November 2019.
Local Chief Executive, Hon Washington M Taguinod, Officers from BFP Regional and Provincial Office and other heads of offices graced the ground Breaking Ceremony for the New Peñablanca Fire Station held last 18 November 2019.
