PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS General Design Requirements: 1. Each Board shall have its own separate office/suite with secured entry (automated key card system). 2. Each Board shall have its own secured waiting/reception area. 3. Office Sizes: a. 10’x15’ (approx. 150 SF) with a small table and two chairs. b. 10’x12’ (standard office size) 4. Workstation Sizes: a. 10’x10’ (100 SF) b. 8’x8’ (64 SF) c. 6’x8’ (48 SF); standard workstation size. d. 6’x6’ (36 SF); for hoteling/touchdown space. Shared Areas between the Boards: 1. A centralized reception desk with security guard. 2. One (1) Board Room (seats up to 30 people with the ability to accommodate additional 10 people). 3. Two (2) Large Conference Rooms (seats up to 20 people). 4. Two (2) Medium Conference Rooms (seats up to 12 people). 5. Two (2) Small Conference Rooms (seats up to 6 people). 6. Two (2) Shared Resource Rooms (For Large Volume Copies/Scan/Print and Supplies). 7. One (1) Health/Wellness Room. 8. One (1) Mother’s Room (with sink). 9. One (1) Large Café/Breakroom Area with seating or can be divided into two (2) breakroom areas. 10. Restrooms for women, men and all gender. Suite/Room Adjacencies: 1. Each of the Board’s office/suite shall be located in a secured area with no or minimal public access and shall each be accessible only by an automated key card system. 2. Dedicated Conference Rooms (within the Board’s space) shall be located near the waiting/reception area. 3. All shared board/conference rooms shall be situated in an area deemed to be for public access and preferably with a centralized desk with security to signin/signout guests. 4. The Shared Resource Rooms shall be centrally located within the overall proposed space, easily accessible to all Board employees and shall be secured (accessible only by an automated key card system). 5. The Breakroom(s) area shall be centrally located within the overall proposed space, easily accessible to all Board employees. 6.
