In recent years, clean energy in China has made significant
progress. In terms of speed, scale and vitality, China has become
one of the fastest developing markets in the field of wind power
and solar power. Yet, clean energy only constitutes a small
proportion of the power consumption in China and there’s still a
huge energy efficiency gap between China and the world
standards. Thus, in order to obtain efficient policy support from
the government in the area of clean energy, create a
