Why a Cohort? Admitted into a cohort in the fall, you and your classmates will take the MBA core courses together during your two-year program. Richard e. Kopelman is professor of Management, and academic director of the Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations (MSILR) Program. He is an expert in work motivation, productivity, human resource management and organizational performance. He has authored more than 100 published articles and chapters in academic and professional publications. He earned a BS from the University of Pennsylvania, a MBA from the Wharton School, and a DBA from the Harvard Business School.

Application RequirementsOur admission standards are among the most competitive in the nation.

Applicants with at least two years of full-time work experience are

strongly preferred; the admissions committee considers the quality as

well as quantity of experience. The GMAT is required. There is a range

of GMAT scores which we generally consider acceptable for admission

rather than a minimum; the mean is typically 640-650. Essays, grades,

and letters of recommendation are all very seriously evaluated in the

process, and a personal interview is required as well.
