Daily CardsIt’s easy to earn points every day bychecking out your daily cards. Be sure tocomplete the cards to earn points. If youlike it, click the thumbs up icon to let usknow. You’ll see new cards on the siteand mobile app each day.

ChallengesJoin a team challenge to increase your steps, and earn points when you go head-to-head with your fellow ahealthyme Rewards members.

In addition to team challenges, participate in monthly Healthy Habit challenges and invite friends to personal challenges.

Monthly StatementCheck out your progress and how many points and trophies you have earned. Redeem your points on the Monthly Statement page or mobile app.

FriendsInvite friends and family to join in. Earn points when you add your first five friends.

Create groups around common interests or events like biking, recipe sharing, or a lunchtime walking club.

How to EarnSee all the ways to earn points and trophies. The “To Do” list (on the home page) shows all your available earning opportunities.

1,000 Steps = 10 Points. You’ll earn 10 points for every 1,000 steps you take each day.

1,000 steps = 10 points2,000 steps = 20 points3,000 steps = 30 points4,000 steps = 40 points5,000 steps = 50 pointsAnd so on…

Take as many steps as possible—you can earn up to 140 points per day for steps. You can also refer to the Program Rewards Overview to see a complete list of ways you can earn points throughout the year.

Trophy CaseYour Trophy Case holds all the trophies you’ve earned. Some are just for fun, but some have points tied to them! Check out your Trophy Case to see the ones you’ve already earned and the ones you’re close to earning.

Your RewardsIt’s easy to earn points by making healthy decisions. The more you make, the more you earn. To cash out your hard-earned points, visit the “Redeem” tab.
