Detailed program #TDF2015 trip The hotels

Coach company: Europe Autocars

The company has a closed trailer dedicated to transport up to 38 bikes

The company has very modern coaches. The one planned for our group is for a maximum of 49 people and is obviously equipped with air conditioning

The group of cyclists will also be followed by a support car during the rides in order to carry some spare wheels and tooling, and to transport the “paniers repas” (sandwiches) for the lunches on the way

enbiciporfrancia.com

Detailed program #TDF2015 trip The coach and the trailer for bikes

We also inform you of the following:• The roads of the Tour will be closed around 3 hours before the caravan passes along. So we

will have to arrive at the place to watch the riders quite early and be patient while we wait for the race to go by. We will entertain the group with quizzes and other surprises!

• In the mountain stages, the coaches are not allowed in the final climb (this also applies to the official Tour Operators of the TDF). So we will have to take different roads to get to the chosen place to watch the stage, and we will have to walk up to the best spot in order to best see the riders

• The hotels presented in the pervious pages are all pre-booked for 44 people. So the earlier we actually confirm the bookings, the earlier we secure our trip. Please bear in mind that hotels along the route of the TDF are extremely demanded every year

• For questions of logistics, the full pension cannot be offered in proper restaurants, since we will be travelling every day. Instead, a ‘panier repas’ (sandwich, drink and desert) is offered to those choosing the option. Only the last day the full pension will be in a restaurant at night (taking into account that the last lunch in the Eiffel Tower is included in the half pension)

• This trip is initially designed for a group of Colombian people via a package including the flights from Bogota. We thought it would also be a good idea to open up the group to other nationalities in order create a nice combination of people all passionate about cycling. We really hope this will lead to some nice interactions around the world of cycling
