On behalf of the Tennessee Valley Jazz Society’s membership, Board of Directors, partners and supporters, we thank you for your support of a Special Jazz Holiday Season of Education, Giving and Entertainment featuring Freddy Cole, an American Jazz Singer and Pianist. Your support enabled us as partners and supporters to present: ♪ H.E.N.D. Human Essential Needs Drive where we asked the community to donate food, coats and blankets for those in Need. ♪ A Holiday Jazz Talk, where Freddy Cole answered questions and shared his experiences of being one of the world’s leading jazz singers and pianist. ♪ A Special Holiday Jazz Evening with Freddy Cole was a sold-out event and one of the best holiday events of the season.TRANSCRIPT

Featuring Freddy Cole
Freddy Cole is an American jazz singer and pianist, whose
recording career has spanned over fifty years. He is leader of the
Freddy Cole Quartet, which regularly tours the United States, Eu-
rope, the Far East and South America. Freddy Cole is also the brother
of the late Nat King Cole and the uncle of Natalie Cole.
With this holiday event and NEA Jazz Master Ellis Marsalis recent visit to Huntsville, the Tennessee Valley Jazz Society (TVJS) has launched
TVJS-E 3 formula of Education x Entertainment = Economic Impact.
TVJS-E 3 is designed to help achieves goals similar to Mayor
Battle’s One City and the Quality of Life in Huntsville initiative.
