■ Share quarterly results via leaderboard with brokers.
■ By March 31, after the close of the preceding award year, identify the top 3 brokerages in each Division.
■ First week of April, after the close of the preceding award year, notify the top 3 brokerages in each Division that they are finalists, and award each a complimentary National Leadership Conference registration.
■ Standing of the finalists will be announced, and awards presented at the annual National Leadership Conference.
