Rafting, rappelling and similar adventure activities have a magical effect on the participants of our Adventure Learning Program (ALP). Rahul Kapoor is the Founder and Chief Trainer of KWEC.

Rahul employs his signature style – a combination of high energy levels, a willingness to reinvent and an enviable presence of mind – to impart the most difficult lessons in the most palatable form.

His experience of over a decade has been enriched by conducting over a thousand sessions covering all ranks and positions of a corporate hierarchy which makes him a preferred choice for various interventions.

Palani Rajan

Palani has done his graduation from Bangalore University.

He has done a course on Neuro Linguistic Programming and also Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, Delhi.

He has trained over 5,000 people from various backgrounds. The feathers in his cap include clients like Yahoo, Verizon, Sap Labs, Micro Labs, Micro Vision, CMS and Thomson Financial.

He is methodical, meticulous and is very measured in delivering the modules to fit the need of a client. He is quick-witted, has boundless energy and being genuine in his delivery has earned rave reviews from the clients. His flexibility and adaptability to incorporate the feedback, as the modules are running, make him create changes in individuals, teams and organizations with an impact.

His presence of mind and the ease with which the lessons are driven home maintaining the high energy makes him very unique.

Seema Ghosh

Trainer

KWEC

Seema is an English Language Trainer at KWEC. She imparts Training in Communicative English from Beginners to Upper Intermediate Levels as per the Cambridge ESOL English for the Speakers of other Languages.

She conceptualizes and designs course materials for various levels, specifically customized and tailor made to cater to the participants' visceral needs.

She also facilitates skill-based and behavioral training such as Interview Skills, Presentation Skills, Group Discussions, Study Skills and other verbal and non-verbal skills.

Her candid overtures, focused style and pragmatic approach create an intensive learning scenario and friendly ambience, much needed in a language training room. Her congruous methodology for students of all walks of life blended with multifarious activities expunges the monotony of everyday learning and produce unbounded enthusiasm in the participants.

Schooled in Loreto Convent, she has majored in English from Loreto College, Kolkata. She also holds a B.Ed degree from Calcutta University.

Over the years, she has mentored and facilitated several students from all walks of life and has assisted them in building their careers. She has also handled trainings and workshops at Big Bazaar, Ganjam, Chinmaya Mission Vidyalaya, M.S. Ramaiah Group of Institutions, Surana College U.G and P.G.
