LAZIC Consulting is a local consulting Start-up whose founder and owner Darijo Lazic. LAZIC Consulting has knowledge and experience related to competitiveness, anti-corruption, education, local and regional economic development cooperation, project management, business networking, EU projects development, civil society development, business development and investment, especially in the renewable energy sector, a member of the cluster Netzwerk Energie und Umwelt e.V., Leipzig, Germany. LAZIC Consulting has a strategic cooperation with the Universities in Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Chambers of Commerce in all three countries, research institutes, national associations, SMEs, industrial partners, farmers, a large number of local communities and municipalities, international and local NGOs, other international projects and specialized companies dealing with local support and regional development. During his sixteen -year career he gained significant experience and practice working in local and international civil society organizations, international development projects, private sector and public administration. Author and co-author of several books and publications, lecturer and moderator at over 100 different seminars, workshops and lectures at home and abroad, certified trainer of the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Project Cycle Management. From 1999th to 2003rd he worked on the development of the youth and education projects in the Western Balkans, together with the Council of Europe and European Youth Forum Bruselss. From 2003rd to 2006th as a program manager at Transparency International BiH he started advocacy activities in over 20 countries in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, primarily on the issues of corruption in education and science. He is a full member of Transparency International in BiH. Since 2006th until 2011th, he gained significant experience in the private sector in the field of information technology development and renewable energy investment, biomass. The last three years, before starting his own entrepreneurial activities, Darijo Lazic spent working time in public administration, in the Public Institution “Agency for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises – APIS”, working on projects of regional development, support small entrepreneurs and support the development projects in the renewable energy sector, biomass and biogas. Since September 2013th he is the founder of LAZIC Consulting, local consulting Start-up, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
