orders with respect to quality, timely delivery and cost. Helped many client companies in their

internationalization efforts by leveraging EXIM's vast global network and international trade

expertise. Worked closely with international agencies and partners in getting share of development

projects for the Indian client organisations, while advised and assisted clients in preparation of successful

bids for multilateral funded projects. Participated on behalf of Exim Bank and its client as team member in

various bids like SEZ – Nepal, SEZ & EPZ – India. Collaborated with multilateral development

agencies to leverage each other’s capabilities. Monitored Consultant Development Project for AfDB, ADB

and WBG in Technology, Trade and Telecom fields and conducted joint workshops for Indian IT, ITES

companies. Proposed, pursued and implemented innovative plan to commercialise research conducted by top

Indian academic institutions on success fee basis. Instrumental in successful collaboration with highly

respected institutions including IIT Mumbai and IIS Bangalore.

Conducted project feasibility studies for funding technology centric as well as large infrastructure

projects as part of project finance group. Evaluated various technology companies and assessed business

plans & proposals as a nodal officer for venture funding scheme. Handled various loan syndication

projects related to new economy, while lead team involved in proposed Joint Venture with TCS & TIL.

As founding member of Technology Vision Committee was responsible for identifying, researching,

presenting new cutting edge technology and concepts that would contribute to competitive advantage hence

the business growth and to provide management strategic inputs on technology directions, process

improvement, and associated benefits. Worked exhaustively for joint planning of Banking & Financial

IT solutions developed in synergy with multiple IT vendors, which included - evaluation of concepts and

solutions for success across different functional area, sites and companies - correctly identify end user

requirements and put them in the correct perspective - conduct GAP & Requirements Analysis to suggest

best possible IT framework - develop end user experience improvement strategies. Contributed

extensively in developing IT strategy that achieves business goals for long term as well as short

term.

Contributed extensively in research and planning, covering various areas including but not limited to

international trade, economic planning, business environment, trade financing, technology, SME

development, and policy. Worked with both public and private sector, with a strong emphasis on linking

research to policy and strategy development. Researched & wrote various widely acclaimed papers on

diverse business, management, and technology issues, while represented bank at various seminars,

exhibitions and forums.
