Communistsand

their

supporters

are

routinely

jailed

for

their

views.

The

reactionary

right

wing forces promoting anticommunist legislation in EUNATO countries are amply

supportedbyUSgovernmentfundingviasuchconduitsastheNationalEndowmentFunda

CIA front for subversiveactivities.Soblatant is their involvement thatwell informed and

well intentioned forces reject such gross interference in the internal affairs of other

countries.

Thereareothersthatdosimilarworkbutmoresophisticatedandmorecleverlymasked in

the garb of disinterested promoters of democracy, freedom and ostensibly oppose

totalitarianismanddictatorship.OneoftheseistheAlbertEinsteinOrganization(AEO)and

itsprincipalspokespersononeProfessorGeneSharp.Hisprincipalwork,FromDictatorship

toDemocracy,AConceptualFrameworkforLiberation1iscitedbypromotersintheUSAas

afactor intheOrange,Greenandothercolorfulwesternsponsoredcounterrevolutionary

events. Professor Sharps work is touted as the universal model for events in Burma,

Ukraine,Russia,PolandandthesocalledArabspring.

ProfessorSharpsinfluenceisexaggerated.Whatisnoteworthyhoweveristhatitservesto

promotethe ideaamongthegulliblethatthe ideasoffreedom,democracyandopposition

todictatorshiparesynonymouswiththeaimsofthepowerelitesoftheUSA.

It is important tobeawareofsuchorganizationsand tocriticallyexpose theirthesesand

connectionsintheglobalimperialistassaultonrealsocialism.Oneoftheprincipaltargetsof

theAEO is the legacyof socialism in theUSSR and inparticular the roleof Stalin in the

buildingofsocialism.

ThisobserverdoesnotclaimtohavedoneanexhaustiveexposureofProfessorSharpbut

offersthefollowingasaheadsuptoourreadersandtoencourageothersthatcandothis

workmuchbetter,toexposeitfurther.

Notbeing a scholar thisobserver nonetheless insistson the right to challenge Professor

Sharpsthesessinceheclaimstospeakforallwhoseekjusticeandliberation.

ProfessorSharphidesunderthemantleofsuchgreatandcrediblenonviolentmassleaders

asMahatma Gandhi andMartin Luther King and Albert Einstein and presents a shallow

versionoftheirideasandaccomplishmentsoftheirwork.AmongthoselaudedbyProfessor

SharparetheDalaiLama,VaclavHavel,LechWalesaandthosedisparagedincludeCheand

Stalinamongothers.

First

some

comments

about

Mahatma

Gandhi

and

the

Indian

Liberation

Movement:

I

am

not

anexpertandhaveapartisanviewofthoseeventswhicharefardifferentthanProfessor

Sharps.

Gandhi employed the methods of mass nonviolent resistance against a real oppressor

Britishimperialism,notbecausehewasmotivatedbysomedivineuniversalrevelation.Mass

nonviolenceactivismwasamethodofstruggleadoptedbyoneofthemovementsofIndian

anticolonialstrugglebasedontherealpoliticalconditionsprevailinginthatcountryatthat

time.Inmyopinionitiswrongandunsupportabletoassertsuchamethodofantiimperialist

strugglehassomeuniversalapplication.Sometimesitworksandothertimesothermethods

work.People

fighting

for

progress

prefer

a

peaceful

path

but

it

is

rarely

open

to

them.

British imperialism installed colonialpowerandexploited the Indianpeople ruthlessly for

more than twocenturiesbackedupby realmilitarypowerbothasan invadingandasan

occupying imperialpower. Indian independenceand themovementGandhi led inalliance

with other major political forces including a mass influential Communist party were

precededbyalongandbitterandviolentstruggleofthepeopleontheAsiansubcontinent

against British and other imperial powers that had wielded colonial power with brutal

militaryforceforseveralcenturies.TheBritishelitesgotveryrichbyrobbingandexploiting

the

Indian

people

which

accounts

even

to

this

day

for

Britains

status

as

a

major

rentier

imperialiststate.

Thevictoryofthatstruggleattributed tononviolence isamisreadingof Indian liberation.

Liberationwasprecededby revolutions inRussia andChina that contrary to the shillsof

westernpropagandagreatlyinspiredthepeopleoftheIndiansubcontinentandaboutwhich

IndiraGandhi andher father JawaharlalNehruandGandhihimselfmade reference toon

manyoccasions.Allof these figurespaid tribute to Lenin as an inspiration to the Indian

massesintheirstruggleforemancipation.

ThevictoryoftheIndianpeopleagainsttheBritishcolonialpowerwasfinallymadepossible

bythemilitarydefeatoftheaxispowersinWW2averyviolenteventandnecessarilysobut

its consequence permitted the Indian people to liberate themselves relatively peacefully

(therewerequitebloodyepisodesaswell)andestablishacapitalistdemocracywithsome

reformaspectstoit.ThecaseoftheroleofIndianininternationalaffairstodayisbeyondthe

scopeofthiscommentary.

BothGandhiandMartinLutherKingmadegreatcontributionstohumanfreedombecause

themovementstheyledwerefirstofallmassincharacterwithidentifiableconcretepolitical

goalsand

with

openly

proclaimed

concrete

programs

of

demands

for

the

oppressed

majoritythattherulingelitescouldnotignore.Therewasmuchviolencecommittedagainst

themovement in theUSA including theassassinationof activistsandMartinLutherKing

himself in spiteof theirproclaimednonviolence. In the caseof theUSA racist economic

oppressionwas the root issueandwas takenupbyadeterminedpeople thatchosenon

violencebecausetherewassomescope intheUSsystemof limiteddemocracyforsucha

movementtoarisetheway itdid.Themovementproduced it isowntheory,strategyand

tacticsandwasmovingfromcivilrightstoeconomicrightswhenitwassidetracked.While

winningsomeformalrecognitionofcivilrightstheeconomicbattlegoeson.

OnewonderswhyProfessorSharpdoesnotanalyzethelessonsofthatstruggleinhisown

countrybecauseitisarisingoncemoreinanotherform,theOccupyWallStreetmovement.

TheapplicationofnonviolentactivisminIndiaandtheUSAwasduetoobjectiveconditions

that permitted some scope for its success. That is a benefit of having a modicum of

democracy.Butwhatarepeoplestodowhereitdoesntexist?Mr.Sharpglossesoverthat

realitypreferringtodispensesomeuniversaldogmathatfitsall.

ProfessorSharpevadesa factualdiscussionofwhatare theconcrete identifiablegoalsof

the

many

forces

he

lauds

in

his

piece.

A

man

of

his

great

learning

should

be

able

to

discuss

at least in a cursorywaywhat the contending forces in allof the countrieshementions

stand for.His analysis isdevoidofanynotionof theexistenceof contending classes.He

preferstoevadethatandspeakintheabstractofagenericuniversalfreedom,democracy,

dictatorshipandtotalitarianismwithoutconcretedetailsofwhatisbeingadvocatedandby

whomandinwhatinterest.Thatisasignofatruephilistine.ThePopedoesitmuchbetter.

Today there are contending forces in all countrieswith separate agendasof self interest

posingasdefendersofdemocracyandappealingtotheinternationalcommunityforhelp.

Oneis

called

upon

to

probe

the

real

agendas

of

such

forces

at

work

and

not

accept

generalizationsaboutdemands fordemocracyand freedomat facevalue.Manyareopen

advocatesofUSimperialismandothersarecovertpromotersoffeudaloppression.

Forexamplewearesupposedtobestruckdumbwheneverthecorporatecontrolledmass

media tellsuswemust support a causebecause ithas the supportof theinternational

community.What isthe internationalcommunity?ProfessorSharpclaims toknow itwell

butfailstodefinewhatitis.

The international community isanything the corporate controlledmedia says it is. Inone

caseit

is

the

UN

and

when

that

doesnt

permit

the

type

of

regime

change

intervention

that

issoughtafterthenitbecomesanallianceofthewillingoratanothertimeNATOandthen

NATOandtheUN.AtonetimesomeNATOmembersare inontheaggressionandothers

out and someUNmembers are in and at other times somemembers out. This floating

international community is nothing but contrivances of the most powerful G7 NATO

statestryingtomanagetheworldbymilitaryforce.

Todayoil, freshwater,natural resources,markets, the labourofothers, is the imperialist

prize.WhenAlQaedaortheTalibanareallegedtobeattackingtheUSAitistheenemy.But

whenthesesameforcesleaveAfghanistanandgotoLibyaundercoverofNATObombers,

landedfromUSmilitaryships,armedwithNATOweaponsandassumepositionsofpolitical

powerbyrawmilitaryforcesuchasthesocallednewLibyanTransitionalgovernmentthey

areliberators.

ThefactthatonceinpowertheymaybegintoadvocateforSharialawaccompaniedbythe

suppressionofthemostelementaryrightsofwomenisofnoaccount.ThepeopleofLibya

demonstratedinallmajorcitiesthatistrue.Whatwasnotreportedinthewesternpresswas

thatthelargestofthesedemonstrationswereproGadaffiandwereexamplesofnonviolent

activism.UNResolution1973wassupposedtopreventciviliandeaths.Itbecamethefigleaf

forNATO

regime

change

in

which

all

those

who

could

have

prevented

bloodshed

by

non

violentactivismwereneverallowedtodosobecauseofviolentNATOintervention.

WhatdoesProfessor Sharphave to sayabout that typeof state violence andwhatnon

violentactivismcanprevent it?Ratherdifficulttostopa laserguidedbombdroppedfrom

based communication system. This is 2012 not Calcutta in 1947. Professor Sharp evades

discussing how to apply nonviolent activism on the battlefront ofNATOwarfare in the

spaceage.

Professor Sharp avoids any discussion of such uncomfortable truths. The NATO Libyan

scenario isnowbeingplayedout inSyriaand intervention isplannedbytheinternational

community,thistimebyTurkeytakingtheleadasamemberofNATO.Turkeyhasitsown

internalproblemsandwantsacausetojustifytheseizureofabigpieceofSyria.Israel,the

USclientstateintheMiddleEast(whichreceivesabout$1billionamonthinlargesse)seeks

abigpieceofLebanonand to furtherconsolidate itsgripon theGolanHeights.All Israeli

regionalpolicy isaimedataGreater Israelat theexpenseofArabnations itborders, the

PalestiniansinparticularthoseinGazaandtojustifyfurtherJewishsettlementbuilding.

The Palestinians and Hezbollah in Lebanon are not sleeping and they will resist such a

changeinbalanceofforcesintheirregion.WhatdoesMr.Sharpproposethoseopposedto

USpolicy in theMiddleEastdo?Presumably theyhaveno justifiablecaseand should just

nonviolentlysurrender.Thatisnotreality.

AUSNATOEUinvasionofLibya,IranandSyriahasbeenonthePentagonplanningtablefor

manyyears.CredibleanalystsnotbamboozledbyFoxNews,arewarningthatamajorwar

maystartsoonunlessitcanbestopped.ThistimeRussiaandChinamaycastthevetointhe

UN.Thisobserverhopes theydoas tensof thousandsof innocentvictimsofwarwillbe

spared and a peaceful resolution might be possible. The numbers killed in the NATO

bombing of Libya are deliberately being suppressed. The destruction of that country is

staggering.

Prior toNATO intervention the Libyan government used its oil revenues to provide free

health care, free education, each young couple who got married received affordable

housing.Womenwerenotsubjected toSharia restrictionsandLibyawas largelyasecular

state.TheLibyanGovernmentaccessedaquiferstodevelopagriculture inLibyaandshared

that technologywithotherNorthAfrican states, hence thenumbersofblackAfricans in

Libyaas

workers

and

students.

Many

of

these

innocent

youth,

under

the

cover

of

NATO

werelinedupandshotbyliberatorsarmedwithNATOweaponrywhoclaimedtheywere

mercenarieswhenevenCNNon the sceneat the timeknew theyweremigrantworkers,

manytryingtogetoutandgohome.HowwouldProfessorSharpproposethese innocent

victimsofNATOterrorusenonviolencetodefendthemselves?

Somewebsites report that there are at least 7000 of these unfortunate victims of real

violence inTransitionalgovernment jailsand theirfate isprecarious.Atthesame timewe

dailyget

lurid

reports

on

the

corporate

controlled

media

and

the

Canadian

Broadcasting

Corporation (CBC) and the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) of alleged Syrian

government violence.Most of these socalled journalistsmake their reports about Syria

based on Downing Street and Pentagon news releases from the safety ofWashington,

LondonandTelAviv.

InIsraeloverthesummermonthsanduntilrecentlytherehasbeenarelativelynonviolent

occupymovementinvolvinghundredsofthousandsinTelAvivandothermajorIsraelitowns

andcitiesdemandingredresstoonerouseconomicconditions.Where isProfessorSharps

supportforthatmanifestation?Thereisamediablackoutinthewestaboutsuchevents.

ThetruthabouteventsunfoldinginEgyptisunderreportedandtheMubarakmilitaryisstill

incontrolofthegovernmentofthatcountry inspiteofmassiveandwidespreadrelatively

peacefulprotest.Theonlyviolencecomes from thearmy.NoNATO intervention there to

savecivilians.EgyptisfertilegroundforProfessorSharptotryouthisnonviolenttheoriesif

hecanavoidbeingshotbyEgyptianmilitarystillunderthecommandofMubarakgenerals.

SaudiArabia is another country awaiting Professor Sharp. Therewomen have no civilor

electoral rightsbutProfessor Sharpgives theSaudiprinces apasswhen thequestionof

achievingnonviolentdemocracyisdiscussed.

Martin Luther King and Gandhi were assassinated in spite of their self proclaimed and

courageouspersonalnonviolent leadership.TodaytheUSAmilitarydoesnthavetoresort

tocrudemethodsofassassinationofitsallegedenemiesitcandoitwithajoystick,viewing

amonitorinthesafetyofamilitarybasesomewhereintheUSA.Howwillthosekilledinthis

waydefendthemselvesbynonviolence?Theycantevenseewhotobenonviolentagainst.

ProfessorSharpspremise is that theUSAhas the typeof freedom,democracy,andstate

ruleostensiblycompletelydevoidofdictatorshipthateveryoneelseintheworldmusthave

whethertheywantitornot.

Mr.Sharphassomeexplainingtodo.Helistsotherstates,countriesandregimeshedeems

tobewithoutquestionasbeinglegitimatetargetsforhisnonviolenttheoriesandtacticsof

liberation,allexcepttheUSA.WhatisonetoconcludeotherthanProfessorSharpconsiders

theUSAandbyimplicationalltheG7NATOstatesthatareitsalliestobetheuniversalglobal

model.ProfessorSharphassimplycreatedanabstractuniversal imageof idealsthatdont

exist anywhere andneverwillbecause thepeople themselveswillultimatelydecidehow

theywanttoliveinspiteofallofMr.Sharpsnostrumsandarequitecapableofwritingtheir

ownconstitutions,

laws

and

without

his

help.

Under former President George W. Bush, via the Patriot Act, most of the real formal

freedoms of theUS Bill ofRights and the Constitutionwere effectively annulled. Tomy

knowledge that is still the case.NowUSPresidentBarakObamahassigned into lawThe

National Defense Authorization Act permitting the US government to arrest anyone

anywhereintheworldandtransportthemtotheUSAforprosecutionbymilitarytribunals.23TheviolentsinisterintentofthislegislationisopposedbytheUSCivilLibertiesAssociation

andhasbeenthoroughlyexposedbyProfessorMichelChossudovskyofGlobalResearch.4

Fora

peaceful

country,

held

up

by

Professor

Sharp

as

a

non

violent

model

for

the

world,

he

hasnothingtosayaboutthefactthatonapercapitabasistheUSAhasmorepeopleinjails

thanmost other developed countries. The USA has themost ramified system of police

suppressionofanyG20state. ViolenceandpornographyintheUSAispromotedinallofits

mediaandcultureforthesimplereasonitmakesbillionsofdollarsforitsmediaempires.The

threestrikesyoureout draconianprisonsystemintheUSAisthemodelnowpromoted

bytheHarperGovernment inamassiveprisonbuildingbillthatcriminalizestheyouthata

timewhenallcrimeindicesinCanadaareactuallyfalling.ProfessorSharphasalottodoin

hisowncountryaswedoinCanadabeforepresumingtotellothercountrieshowtoachieve

freedomby

non

violence.

To state such banal views in the name of Einstein is a travesty. Albert Einsteinwas an

implacable antifascist and was a socialist. He was of course more than that, a great

humanitarian and advocate of nuclear disarmament and real peace arising out of

international agreements that had the support of all enlightened people. Einsteinwas a

scientistandnotapacifist.Hewouldcertainlyhavepreferrednonviolencebutunderstood

theneedduringtheSecondWorldWartodefeatHitlermilitarily.Ihavehisbiographyinmy

libraryandhavereaditandrefertoitoften.Einsteinbelievedinpeacearisingfromnuclear

disarmamentaboutwhichour learnedProfessorSharphasnothing to say.Einsteindidnt

endorsethepoliticalsystemintheUSAnorintheUSSRbutneitherdidherepudiatethemas

doesProfessorSharpthelatter.AlbertEinsteinbecausehewasascientistandnotasophist

Dictatorship,freedom,totalitarianism,democracyarepowerfulwordsbuttriteandwithout

meaningunlessthereisaconcretedefinitionastowhatthesetermsmeaninpracticeforthe

peopleconcernedandtowhatrealexistingsituationtheyareapplied.Societymustliveinan

organizedway. Itcannotexist inchaos.ProfessorSharp failsmiserably to telluswhathis

nonviolentactivismwilldo toprovide thebillions thatarestarvingwith foodandshelter

andmedicinesandeducationwhenallofthat is inthecontrolofpowerfulstatemonopoly

capitalist states and their rightwing governments. Professor Sharpwould have usplead

withthispowertoceasebeingviolent,topleadwiththemwiththemnonviolentlytoplease

stop being profiteers? Professor Sharp has nothing to say about the type of organized

societythatpeoplemightaspiretowithhisnonviolentactivism.Willtheyeatbetter?

ProfessorSharpandhis institutepromotetheUSAasauniversalmodelforallhumankind.

Whathe isconfidentof,boundlesslyconfidentwemightadd, isthateveryoneagreeswith

him.Wewouldsayheisshortabout6.5billionwhohavenotheardofhimandwillnotwait

tostruggleforprogressorhisexplanationabouthedeclarestheymustdotobetrulyfreeof

imperialism.

Professor Sharp lacks credibility in the extreme except with gullible and selfinterested

supportershoping tobe rewardedby imperialist largesse.ProfessorSharp talksabouthis

greatidealsintheabstractandhisexamplesofthesuccessofhistheorizingareallasserted

notproven.Heisforcedtosaythathecanwithconcretenesspointtotheviolentcrimesof

Nazismbecausehecouldverifysuchatrocitiesassuchandasmanyofusreadingtheselines

sawthemduringandintheaftermathofWW2.Allofhisassertionsabouttheallegedcrimes

ofcommunismhehasderivedheadmits fromreadingaccounts. Apparently therewas

nothing inhisreadingabouttheexploitsoftheRedArmythat liberatedEuropeandsaved

NorthAmericafromthescourgeofNazism.

Professor Sharp isdeep into thedemonization and equatingof communismwithNazism

oneof

the

most

gross

forms

of

historical

revisionism.

More

than

20

million

Soviet

citizens

alongwith thewestern allies gave their lives to liberate Europe and defeatHitler.Non

violent activism wasnt an option in that conflict. Professor Sharp doesnt discuss such

examplesofunavoidableviolencenorcommentonwhowasresponsibleforitandwhether

itwasnecessaryornot.Nordoeshecommentonthefactthatwarispoliticsbyothermeans

andtheUSAdidntgetintoWW2untilitwasalmostoverandemergedfromitwithminimal

lossesandbecamethedominantmilitaryandmostviolentpowerintheworld.

WhentheManhattanProjectwas infullswingtheUSgeneral inchargetoldthescientists

whothoughttheywereproducingaweapontodefeatHitlerthatitwasbeingdevelopedto

beusedagainsttheUSSR.ThattomysurprisewasrevealedonarecentCBCdocumentary.

EvenChurchillassertedthatJapanwasalreadydefeatedbeforethedroppingoftheatomic

bombsonHiroshimaandNagasaki.RussiaenteredthewaragainstJapanasitpromisedits

alliesand in sixweeksdefeated theKwanToon Japanesearmyand surrender talkswere

alreadyunderwaywhenTrumanorderedthebombstobedropped.Thatterribleactwasthe

firstuseofweaponsofmassdestructionagainstciviliansandawarcrimethatonedaywill

beprosecuted. Professor Sharp ismute on his countrys use of the nuclearweapon nor

discusseshownonviolentactivismwouldhavesaved itsvictims. Ifhewasconsistentwith

his doctrine of nonviolent activism hewould be applying it in practice to helpmobilize

publicopinion intheUSAtosupportworldwidenucleardisarmament.Ifhewoulddothat

hewouldgainsomecredibilityintheeyesofallpeoplewhowantpeace.

TodaytheUSAandNATOretainthedoctrineofthefirststrikeuseofnuclearweaponsthe

ultimateinaviolentact. CanadaisasignatorytothatNATOdoctrine.Thisobserverreceived

adayorsoagoadocumentreleasedbyWikileaksprovidingthewordingofastatementof

agreementbetweenNATOandUN secretariats.Now theUSAhasevenensnared theUN

intoits

doctrines

of

nuclear

weaponry

and

Ban

Ki

Moon

is

now

in

clear

violation

of

his

mandateasUNSecretaryGeneralthatprohibitstheUNofengaging inwaralliances.He is

discreditedandshouldresign.

We in Canada read PrimeMinister Harpers statement in hismost recentmeetingwith

PresidentObamathattheenemiesoftheUSAcannotbefriendsofCanada.Onemustask,

where does that leave CubanCanadian, VenezuelaCanadian, North KoreaCanadian

relationsand for thatmatter,RussiaCanadian relations,ChinaCanadian relationsandnow

withUS relations breaking downwith Pakistan, PakistanCanadian relations. All of these

countries to my knowledge bear no hostile intent against Canada but are now all our

enemiesaccordingtoPrimeMinisterHarperandagainstwhichwemustbepreparedtogo

towar ifnecessary.PrimeMinisterHarper claimshehas the right to say sucha thingon

behalfofallCanadiansproclaimingwearenowthereforeenemieswithmostofthenonG7

NATO states of theworld sincemost of theworld is not in support of recentUSNATO

actions. Canadahasneverbeenasdiscredited in theeyesofworldpublicopinionas it is

sincetheadventoftheHarperConservativeGovernment.

schemesasthesubprimescam.WhatiswrongwiththatpictureProfessorSharp?

Thebiggestdictatorship intheworldbarnone isahandfulofUSfinancecapitalistsofthe

USA and the EU demanding freedom for itself above all else in thisworld. TheUSA has

backedmurderousdictatorshipsoneverycontinentintheworldsinceWW2andstilldoes.It

is a very long list and people have a longmemory. TheUSA has fomentedmost of the

regionalwarssinceWW2andisplanningaswespeak,tocarryanotheragainstIranandSyria

andpossiblyNorthKorea, and if it does that,with the helpof its client state Israel, the

regionalwarsnowunderwayinIraqandAfghanistanwilllookliketeaparties.Asthisisbeing

written Iran iscarryingoutmaneuvers in theStraitofHormuz close to itsown territorial

watersandtheUSAsays ithasnorighttodothatasitmaintainsahugenavalandmilitary

presenceallovertheregion.OnecanonlyimaginewhatwouldhappenifIransentaflotilla

andcarriedoutmaneuversintheGulfofMexico.

PerhapsProfessorSharpshouldget inadinghyandgo to theStraitofHormuzandstand

betweenthetwoprotagonistsandreadhisthesis.Thatwillstoptheimpendingdisaster.If

things continue to deteriorate andmost serious analysts predict theywill, because the

peopleofNorthAmericaarestillsleepwalkingor in tacitsupportoutofaperceivedself

interest from foreignwars, therewill bemorewar and fairly soon. Such awarwill be

TheUSAisheadingintoanotherPresidentialelectionandeverytimeitdoesintoasocalled

exerciseinelectoraldemocracytheextremerightwingbeginstobeatthedrumsofwar.The

America? Thepeople therewere forced to resort to arms and did so againstoppressors

armedby theUSA.Wherewas the success of nonviolence during the Spanish CivilWar

when thewest claimed tobeneutralwhile itallowed the fascist condor legions and the

GoeringsLuftwaffetoobliterateGuernicawhichPicassomemorializedinhisgreatpainting.

Where thevictoryofnonviolence for thevictimsof theNazideathcampswheremillions

werepiteouslymurderedmenwomenandchildrenevenastheyyearnedtolive.

Weonthe lefthavehadenough inour lifetimeofProfessors likeMr.Sharp.Thisobserver

prefers those professors that stand with the people and their struggle for peace and

socialism in allof its forms,peacefulandnonpeaceful. TheUSAandnow sadlyourown

governmenthasnononviolentpeacepolicy.TheG7NATOstatesonlyhaveaviolentwar
