1. Discuss how role models have influenced your life.

The Influence of role models have change me personally in so many ways. My goals,

my view point of my community and perspective of the world. With a role model it allow

me to expand my understanding and also help increase my limited view point of society.

The role models in my life allow me to have template to a sense, of how to conduct, live

and reaction to situations and experiences in my life. With my age and experience, I

could only understand a certain amount of what the world has to offer. But with a help

of a role model, I get an entire different vantage point, which allow me to open my mind

up to different possibilities.

1. Give two examples of notable characteristics that define a professional in your field.

Steve Jobs is a professional in my field of study that I admire and hope one day I could

accomplish at least a tenth of want he have done. One of the characteristics that I like

so much about Steve Jobs, was mentality to go above and beyond expectations. He

never settle for less or was into what everybody else deem alright. There was to limit or

measure to what and where he would go to accomplish and vision and dream that he

seek after in the Technology industry. While others reach their limit in whatever he or

she was pursuing, Steve Jobs keep pushing forward, further changing the mold and

determination towards success. Steve also never allow anything to stop his dream. That

is the characteristic that influence me the most. His drive and determination was un-

thought of. Whatever situation he found himself in, he never allow it to dictate or under

mind the goals he had set for himself. I follow that same ideology, it doesn’t matter

whatever circumstance or condition I am in. I will allows push forward to accomplish the

task or task I have before me. And continually work towards my dreams for myself.

1. What challenges might you experience as you develop your image, behaviors, and attitudes in your chosen field?

Technology is a field that is forever changing and evolving. Learning about what

certifications and education need to excel in my field of work would be challenging.

Proper, Preparation, Prevents, Poor, Performance is the 6 P’s. And I have to keep that

ideology in mind with the Technology Industry. Knowing information and making sure

I’m informed will be an everyday task at hand. Obtaining my certifications in my field of

study is going to be more goals I need to set, because it is need in the Information

Technology field. I have to develop emotional intelligence and be an expertise in my

field of study. That will take total commitment in part, to not get distracted and stay on

track on the goals I have for myself presently and for the future. Having the tools

necessary for success in the Tech industry is going to be daunting task, but a need goal

to be met. I have to approach everything with Honesty, Integrity, Self-regulation and

Accountability. Keeping all of this in the fore-front of my mind will help me to visualize

and make my dreams come true.
