The section under Human Resources Management asked the
evaluator to assess how the “Student develops and implements
program and organization budgets based on priorities “.
For my particular results, there was an outlier response from the
total average of responses. I have been asked to give an
explanation for this result.
Of all the individuals asked to participate and assist me with the
360-evaluation component, many were acquaintenances of mine
through my church and faith-based non-profit, Greater Emmanuel
Temple of Grace.
While most participant-evaluators have worked with me enough
to analyze this criteria, these respondents have not and ranked
those fields low if not ‘n/a’ altogether.
Additionally, colleague and superior-respondents that have
worked closely with me, may have not worked in a capacity
where implementing programming budgets based on priorities or
otherwise was required.
