committees during the years 2013-15 to visit the universities of various parts of the country to have

on the spot assessment.

c) Conducted first “Job Fair Mela” first time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir in general and

University of Kashmir in particular in June 2007 wherein more than 800 students got placed in

various companies of the country and the second grade Job fair was held in 2013.

d) Worked as Chairman Placement in the Business School University of Kashmir. Contributed for

arranging Summer Training Projects for MBA students in various National /Multinational

Companies.

e) Conducted various mega National and International events in capacity of Founder Director,

Convocation Complex (Director Event) during the year 2007-2011 including the first grand

Inaugural function of Convocation Complex in the Year 2007.

f) Chaired various technical sessions in the areas of HRM / HRD within and outside the Country.

positions, Ph.D / M.Phil viva and comprehensive viva for Research and Scholarship Projects and

l) Prepared and Released a Video Cassette /CD on “Management of Excellence” ((1996) a

compilation of the interviews conducted with the experts of Indian Institute of Management,

Ahmadabad.

m) Published various articles in the area of HRD in leading local Dailies. Also contributed

face to face interviews with correspondents of print and electronic media on various educational

issues and challenges

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS CONDUCTED / VISITING FACULTY:

A) Conducted orientation and training programmes for various resource persons during 2018 under “ legal literacy programme for women in rural” funded by Ministry of Justice and MHRD, GOI.

B) Organized General awareness and need based training programme for officers, non-teaching employees of colleges and University of Kashmir in capacity of coordinator HRD and Trainings under the “e-governance Project” sanctioned by Ministry of Communications and technology GOI, New-Delhi during 2009-2011. Also designed and prepared self instructional study material for the said Programme.

C) Organized first one week Management Development Programme (MDP) for college principals

for Kashmir and ladakh Divisions on e- governance system and Personality Development on April 2010.

D) Conducted various technical sessions for Headmasters/ Assistant Professors at Institute of Advance Studies of Education-Lalchowk, Srinagar w.e.f 2016 to 2016.

E) Conducted several MDP sessions for senior level Executives organized by the Institute of

Management and Public Administration (IMPA), Srinagar w.e.f. 1993 to till date. Also, conducted several sessions for KAS candidates in the area of Public Administration organized by IMPA and Ascent Group Srinagar Kashmir.

F) Conducted several MDP sessions for the J&K Bank Executives, organised by the Staff Training

College, The Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd., Gogji Bagh, Jawahar Nagar.

I) Conducted various training sessions for University non-teaching officials organized by

Directorate of Continuing Education and Computer Science Departments, The University of Kashmir during the year 2006. Also, Conducted guest Lecturers at Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora, Srinagar and Jammu University and Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah Universityand other universities and some leading institutions of the country.
