6 Quality

Quality is the very foundation of HSP’s

high-voltage bushings. Based on the expert

qualifications of our more than 250 employees,

the latest manufacturing and testing facilities

and strict compliance with standards,

we guarantee the consistently high quality

of our products.

Quality made by HSP

Innovative production, high quality consciousness among our employees

and comprehensive testing programs in the plant – these are the principles

behind HSP’s high-voltage bushings. State-of-the-art production processes

that are usually developed in-house enable us to offer you tailor-made

and absolutely reliable bushings.

In addition, each individual product is subjected to a 100-percent inspection.

Our own high-voltage test laboratory, accredited according to DIN EN ISO/

IEC 17025:2005 and, of course, our quality management system according

to ISO 9001:2008 ensure the reliability and efficiency of our bushings.

We also have innovative manufacturing and testing facilities for condenser

graded bushings.

One of HSP’s stated company objectives is to protect the environment.

For years, we have had an environmental management system certified

according to ISO 14001:2004 that we are constantly developing. That will

enable us to guarantee the future quality of our equipment.

How do I define quality?Only someone familiar with the operation and details of a bushing can reliably

test it. Clearly defined workflows, compliance with relevant standards, a high level of expertise and high-quality equipment are our guarantee of high quality. With our accredited high-voltage test laboratory, we also set the standards in this respect.

8 Reliability

We support you with technologically sophisticated products that are

precisely adapted to your individual requirements. When you need a solid

expert opinion, we are your qualified partner. You can depend on reliable

technical support regardless of whether it relates to HSP products or equip-

ment from other manufacturers. With our resin-impregnated bushings,

we have been supplying reliable products for use in earthquake zones

and regions subject to extreme temperatures – including Siberia and the

deserts of the Arabian Peninsula – for over 50 years.

At your request, we will also inspect and analyze equipment you are

already using, no matter who the manufacturer may be. We will then

make specific recommendations based on electrical measurements taken

directly at your location and chemical analyses at our plant.
