BIM Manager Users can easily manage their Revit family libraries with tools like Export and Import. You can choose one or more families and import them into a current project or export them to chosen folder.

Multy Type Editor displays families and family type in a project. You can manage family types and their properties by dis-playing selected types in a table and edit multiple values at once.

The tool BIM Query enables the user to quickly edit Type and Instance properties for selected Categories. The user can edit properties with a built-in spread-sheet editor or save and open in MS Excel and apply changes back to Revit model.

sion 2015 is also Update tool which updates shared parame-ter values for all instances that were updated with one of the Analyze tools.

Annotate Annotation tools include a set of tools for aligning text accord-ing to selected elements. The tools are especially useful when editing your annotation tags.

The newly added set of tools for renumbering enables user to manually or automatically renumber mark parameters for instances, tools to renumber number parameter in Rooms, Spaces or Areas and to renum-ber picked grids according to chosen settings in the model.

Legend by Category and Ma-terial Legend can generate a table of various elements in just a few steps. Users can create a table of different categories (window, door, ...) or materials.

Modify Assembly Views enables you to quickly generate Assembly Views for selected Assemblies by specifying Views and a Title block. Once you are satisfied with the settings, the tool gen-erates all required views and places them on the Sheets.

Modify tool set includes tools for creating floors based on se-lected rooms (Room to floor), tools for easier grid name edit-ing (Edit Grid name) and tool Multi join which automates Revit’s Join Geometry tool by allowing users to join selected categories.

ViewWith the View tools the user can explore possibilities with Zoom To tools, tools for editing crop region and sheet editing tools.

With new set of tools Project Cleanup user can clean up a project, from removing un-placed rooms to purging un-necessary line types or materials, etc. Project Cleanup tools pro-vide the ability to create a light-weight file.

Analysis Analyze tool set can calculate different values from selected geometry and store calculated values in shared parameter. Set includes tools for querying ele-ment properties, swing direction tool and room lighting calcula-tion tool.

The updated tool Swing Di-rection analyze instances and creates shared parameter with swing direction. These parame-ters can be later used in sched-ules. New functionality in ver-

Category toggle and Quick On/Off toggles tools enables the user to switch ON and OFF any category in a project (Archi-tecture, Mechanical, Annota-tion…) or in active view.

In version 2015 new possibility for creating room views was de-veloped. The tool Room Views displays a dialog to create a new view (plan, 3D, elevation) and define view names.

Another new tool in View panel is View Depth Override that changes element color depend-ing on the distance to the view plane.

SelectSelection Filter enables effi-cient control over the selection of certain elements. This tool enables the users to filter ele-ments either from the selection, whole model or active view. The user also has the option to se-lect elements according to their properties.

Set of tools Select enables se-lecting instances by Category,

Type, Host, Bounding elements or Worksets.

With the tool Select By Cate-gory we overcame a Revit lim-itation and are able to select instances starting with multiple selected elements (e.g. doors and windows).

How will this product evolve over time?We are continually developing new tools. Through an online wish list submittal form and through feedback from our partners or their key clients CGS listens to their needs, ideas and suggestions then turns them into real tools that solve com-mon problems. As new tools are released through out the year, the user can easily update their tools using our fully automated update process. When a new version is released all the new tools become part of the collec-tion.
