Mit BGM stellt ISCAR zweischneidige, schmale Schneideinsätze (0,8 - 1,5 mm) für wirtschaftliches Ab- und Einstechen bis Durchmesser 20 mm vor (Tmax=10 mm).

Produktmerkmale • Verfügbare Schneidenbreiten: 0,8 / 1,0 / 1,2 und 1,5 mm• Mit geraden, 6° und 15° schrägen Schneidkanten erhältlich• Schaftgrößen: 16, 20 und 25 mm• JHP-Kühlung bis zu 340 bar• J-Spanformer für Vorschübe bis zu 0,1 mm/U• Die Schneideinsätze sind aus der Schneidstoffsorte IC1008 hergestellt (08 Substrat + PVD-

beschichtete TiAlN) • • Zweischneidiges Abstechsystem für maximale Wirtschaftlichkeit• Zweite Schneide kann auch nach Bruch der ersten Schneide weiter verwendet werden• Stabile Schraubenklemmung, hohe Steifigkeit• Ausgezeichnete Oberflächengüte und -Geradheit•
