Engineering

The process of designing of solar power plants is the most responsible stage in the project’s implementation, which considers a variety of factors such as the location of the site, networks capacity, the availability of engineering networks and communications, and also correctly selected equipment and parts of the future station. Therefore, special software is used during designing such objects.

Installation

The construction and installation of the solar station is carried out by skilled and experienced profile specialists. The control over the construction process is carried out by a Chief Project Engineer or a Project Manager.

The list of works includes:• Geodetic survey and site arrangement works;• Earthworks and erection of metal structures;• Installation of solar modules, inverters, other electrical equipment and its wiring;• General construction works;• Laying of cable routes, installation of cable-conductor products and connection to a transformer substation.

All specialists working on the site have related accessing, permitting documents and certificates, which confirm their qualification allowing to carry out such kind of works.All performed works and supplied equipment are warranted.

15 TYPES OF GROUND MOUNTING SYSTEMS FOR ANY TYPE OF SOIL AND LOCATION AREA

Solar Mounting Systems (SMS) are universal mounting systems to mount photovoltaic modules in open sites. The elements of the main structure are made of bent steel profiles with anticorrosion coating using the hot dip galvanizing method. The erection of steel pilesis executed by ramming or concreting method. The construction elements are fastened with stainless steel bolts. Photovoltaic modules are mounted with aluminum clampingelements with anodized coating. The use of insulating gaskets eliminates contact corrosion of metals.

Mounting system SMS-301 (variable angle)A desktop for 8-12 modules with a mechanically changeable angle for two and more positions between 15° and 55°. The modules are laid out on the desktop horizontally in three rows or vertically in two rows. The supporting structure is on a single pile with a diagonal that regulates inclination angle of the module surface.

SMS are distinguished with a high degree of adaptability to changes in designed operational workloads depending on climatic conditions, local topography and soil properties.

ROOF MOUNTING SYSTEMS

ROOF MOUNTING SYSTEMS ROOF MOUNTING SYSTEMS FOR ALL TYPES OF ROOFS AND FACADES

Solar Roof Systems (SRS) are universal mounting systems for fixing photovoltaic modules on pitched and flat roofs (having any type of cover), sheds, facades, fences, and other structures.

SRS for pitched roofsThe roof mounting system is a set of carrying profiles, clamping elements for PV modules and fasteners for connection of structure to the roof. This system is suitable for pitched roofs inclined up to 60°.The location of the PEM on the roof can be portrait or landscape-oriented. A number of modules are mounted on two carrier profiles using inter-panel (middle) and end clamps.

SRS for flat roofsThis structure forms the required panels’ incline angle. Modules are mounted on the carrying structures or the building’s roof.

Ballast SRS for flat roofsBallast SRS are used most often, where mechanical spoiling of the waterproofing layer of the roof is undesirable

Facade SFS These structures form the required angle of mounting to a building’s facade

Mounting systems on aluminum and steel galvanized profiles

Solar Steelconstruction mounting systems based on aluminum and steel galvanized profiles are intended for installation of PV modules on pitched and flat roofs, sheds, facades, fences, and other structures, and also in open sites at construction of ground solar power plants.

Aluminum profiles are made of aluminum alloy AlMg0,7Si according to the National Standard 22233-2001 with further anticorrosion coating using the anodizing method under the requirements of ISO 7599:1983.

Steel profiles are made of steel grade S235/S355 according to EN 10025 with a further anticorrosive coating by the hot galvanizing method under the requirements of ISO 1461:2009.

Mounting systems for pitched and flat roofs are the universal technical solutions that allow creating structures of any configuration using profiles of the same type to install PV modules on any type of surfaces.

Were have implemented more than 90 MW projects with aluminum profiles.

Ground-based mounting systems are designed providing the adaptability to significant and sharp elevation differences, which allows to install PV modules combining them into rows of conditionally infinite length. And in the case of use of aluminum profiles such systems change the character and lower additional loads on structures at temperature influences.
