FEATURES:

The Insta-Pro International® Production Intelligence Program is a desktop and mobile app allowing users to monitor their ExPress® systems including feeders, extruders, conveyors, and presses. The program creates the opportunity for remote monitoring and troubleshooting services by the Insta-Pro International® Service Team. If a customer is interested in upgrading, an optional camera is available to enable video monitoring.

Real-time monitoring of process parameters, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance helps maximize product quality, throughput, and uptime. Users can remotely monitor ExPress® systems across multiple sites. This allows the Insta-Pro International® Service Team to assist them from anywhere and at any time.
