Crescendo Fireworks hearing protection

Although an exciting experience the explosions from fireworks reach peak sound pressure levels of 150 to 160 dB. Far beyond the World Health Organisation’s recommended safe exposure levels of 140 dB for an adult or 120 dB for children. Resulting pain, deafness or tinnitus due to overexposure can be permanent, with no cure!

Crescendo Fireworks uses patented impulse filter technology which is IPIL (impulse noise protection) certified to 166 dB, ensuring that the peak sound pressure level of a firework is reduced to safe levels.The small size of Crescendo Fireworks filters combined with the advanced materials used makes them unobtrusive and comfortable to wear all day Crescendo Fireworks are also available with extra small tips designed to fit children’s ears.

Fireworks filter technology allows air into the ear canal, combined with the medical grade materials used for the tips makes them comfortable for all day use and retaining sound directionality ensuring the user never misses the display.
