VERIFICATION SYSTEMS

Testing benches for hydraulic verification of water meters.The flowed volume of water is calculated using the weighingmethod.The diameters of meters that can be calibrated on the test bench illustrated are from 1/2” (Qn 1.5) to 1.1/2” (Qn 10).Test benches for meters up to 200 mm can be supplied.Test flow rates from Qmin to Qn or Qmax of the meter to be tested.The test benches can be supplied for testing cold water meters and/or hot water meters.

The test benches are constructed in accordance with the EEC directives 75/33 and 79/33 and follow the reccomendations ISO 4185, ISO 9368-I, OIML 49 and OIML 72.The verification of the uncertainty of the test bench is obtained usingcalibrated samples (sample weights,thermometers)certified by S.I.T.(or other recognised body).


System for reading of meters at distance (water-gas-heat-electricity);The system is a “mobile-reading”system, i.e. a system based on an electronic radio module connected

to the pulse output of a meter able to transmit via a radio signal the datacoming from the meter to a mobilesystem of collections of data carriedby a reader.The electronic module (powered by aLithium battery with 15 years lifetime)connected to the meter is transmittingevery 8 seconds the data relevant the consumption, collected then by a radio receiver connected to a hand-held terminal.The ARROW system grants the following advantages:• Low cost• Complete data from radio module• Compatibility with other systems of at least 3 other European manufacturers• Long Battery lifetime• High speed data collection in“mobile reading” mode (40 km/h)• Standard according CEN regulations
