Terms
COD Clients – Please arrange payment at your earliest convenience and send us proof of payment
to [email protected] / [email protected].
Please use the Quote / Pro-Forma / Invoice number as reference on your payment. Note that goods will only be released once payment reflects
in our account.
Collections
To ensure we have sufficient space available in our warehouse for raw materials and finished goods, any
items marked for collection will not be stored for more than 5 working days. Should the items not be collected
within this period we reserve the right to charge a “storage fee” equal to 10% of the total value of the
goods. Goods will only be release once this fee has been paid.
Deliveries
We take great pride in providing a quick and efficient delivery service to all our clients. In order for us to do this we schedule our deliveries in advance and maximize the
amount of deliveries we are able to schedule per day. Unfortunately, due to traffic, road works, delays and other
factors we are not able to provide a specific time for our deliveries. Please ensure that you are available on the day
the delivery has been scheduled. Should you not be available upon delivery and no arrangement has been made,
a delivery fee will be charged based on your area.
