TEREX SMART CONTROL (TSC). MORE PRECISION.Terex Smart Control is a new Terex operating concept for compact wheel loaders with new engines in the EU stage IIIB / EPA Tier 4 interim class. It has never been easier to configure the machine precisely to the application or operator. Numerous operating elements have also been redesigned and rearranged for quicker operation and a better overview.

What this means for you: An intuitive operating system that is easy to set to each individual driver.

Fresh air: pollutants in the emissions from the TL120 are reduced by up to 90%. Significantly less particles are emitted thanks to the advanced exhaust after-treatment. This is achieved by means of improved combustion and injection systems and a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC).

NEW INTUITIVE COOLING SYSTEM.MORE COMFORT.A new engine cooling system uses a hydraulically operated and temperature-controlled fan which starts automatically when required to help reduce fuel

consumption. An optimal reverse function is available for machines working in dusty environments.

EVEN QUIETER INSIDE AND OUT. MORE COMFORT AND VERSATILITY.Noise inside the cab: LPA 71 dB(A) as opposed to LPA 76 dB(A)

The driver is less stressed while he works.

Noise outside the cab: LWA 99 dB(A) as opposed to LWA 102 dB(A) –so the Terex TL120 can also work in noise-sensitive inner-city areas.

Control switches:The switches offer high protection class IP66 and are protected against dust and water.

Steering wheel:Steering knob with soft-touch surface for improved grip.

Display:A central control unit allows you to adjust the machinery to suit the application and the driver. The 3.5” display clearly shows machinery and engine data. The modern menu guide is similar to current smart phones making it simple to navigate round. The instrument panel screen, which domes inwards, reduces reflexion.
