Product Management

It is the art and science of managing several functional activities of a business organisationwhich leads to usage of best technology and opening up of maximum revenue streams.Though a product manager doesn’t code or sell directly but shows a path of achieving thebest results in all spheres of a business life cycle.

The main purpose of a product manager is to make a product acceptable for the targetedaudience.

Due to complexity of this role product management has been cut into two parts:
