WarrantyThere is a 1+1 year warranty against technical defects. The warranty is strictly limited to the exchange of defective parts. Dropped devices or broken tips are not under warranty. Other claims for damages such as loss of working hours, incorrect treatment and their consequences, non executed after treatment and their consequences as well as the non-observance of the safety instructions are excluded from all warranty and liability.

Warranty claimsSince all our products are certified according to Medical device IIa, we have to register all warranty claims according to specific regulations. If you make a warranty claim, this has to be followed by the enduser invoice and a document, which you can download from http://www.cryoiq.com/warranty.

Gas cartridgesAll our gas cartridges are equipped with a valve. The 16 and 25 gram gas cartridge fit CryoIQ® models DERM, PRO and Cryoalfa® model SUPER, LUX and PREMIUM. The gas cartridges are available with two types of gas N2O (Nitrous oxide) or CO2 (Carbon dioxide), both types of cartridges have a built-in filter, size 5 µm.
