Product Information Sheet

There are two options with the IQ Awning Roof, they both have

a similar design however one has a smaller frame structure but

is not able to integrate blinds or sliding glass doors.

Choose option 1 if you want to integrate vertical blinds or sliding

glass doors now or in future

Choose option 2 if a slim structure is required and no blinds or

sliding glass doors are going to be integrated now or in the

future.

Frame + Structure

Aluminium structure with integrated gutter and downpipe

Available Finishes RAL 9010 / Iron Grey / RAL 9006 / Corten /

RAL 1013 / RAL 7006 Matt / RAL 7016

Additional Finishes frames can be powder coated any RAL

colour for an additional cost and increase of 3 weeks to lead

time.

Drainage drainage pipes are integrated into the leg supports of

the patio roof structure

Frame Sizes differs from Nomo to Rialto, see technical drawings

Awning Ribs with slight curvature for water run off, available in

RAL 9010 White / RAL 1013 Ivory. Other RAL colours available

on request.

Tecnic retractable awning in Precontraint 602 fabric

Performance waterproof, fireproof, highly UV stable

Wind Protection

The Raso is a ‘zipped’ system that prevent s the blind

from coming off it’s blinds, ensuring high levels of wind

protection.

Wind Resistance Class 3 in accordance with EN 13561

environment. If you would like to specify an IQ Awning Roof on your project just speak to the team at IQ who would

The team at IQ are the experts in our patio roof solutions. If you are considering using

an IQ Awning Roof on your project speak to the team at IQ who will be able to

advise you on the best solution for your intended design, ensure that all specification

criteria are met and advise you on any feasibility areas of the installation you may not

have considered.

Get a Quotation

We advise our customers to get a quotation for the installation from IQ. This allows

us all to ensure that the preferred product and design is within budget. If it is not we

can help you adjust the specification to reach all performance, design and budgetary

requirements.

Add us to your NBS Specification

To assist you in specification we have created an NBS Specification for our IQ Awning

Roof. This is an easy to navigate document which contains all the vital

information needed for specification. It is available for you to complete on your own.

Alternatively ask your sales representative at IQ to complete this on your behalf.

Place the Order

When ready you (or your client or the builder) can then place the order for your IQ Awning

Roof with us. A full in house handover will take place and your project will be

passed to the contracts and design team. Once your project deposit is placed we will

then undertake full design drawings for the installation. Please allow at least 20 working

days for the design process.

The project will be appointed a dedicated contracts manager who will oversee the

installation process. The estimated lead time for an IQ Awning Roof is 12 weeks but

may be more for specialist installations. This will be confirmed on order.

A large purpose built IQ Awning Roof structure is

available to view at the IQ Outdoor Living showroom

within Sky House Design Centre in Amersham.

The awning roof installation is installed outside in

installed outside in a purpose built dwelling so that all

details can be realised in a fully designed and built

outdoor living environment.

Our IQ Awning Roof example is installed outside and is

subjected to real UK weather conditions throughout it’s

lifetime. This gives architects, specifiers and their clients

a true indication or how the system operates over time.

The awning roof installation includes LED spot lights and

strip lights as well as speakers to provide an example of

how these systems can have multiple additions.
