experts in designing and manufacturing metal products
for industry – everything from pressing operations
for motor and transformer laminations, to aluminium
die-casting, expanded metal products, and Smartfl o

Leading edge servicesAs an Australian company with over 50 years
experience, we are constantly working towards
improving and expanding our product range to meet the
needs of industry.
Adding to our traditional pressing operations for motor
and transformer laminations and general items, we now
include pressure diecasting, expanded metal products,
Smartfl o guttering, and Design & Testing facilities.
We offer our customers the advantage of component
custimisation and specialised design, delivering the
most econimical and appropriate tooling options and
methods of manufacture every time.
Our teamAs you might imagine, running a successful business
depends on a lot of people working towards the same
goal. We have over 80 people working full time,
including our sales and administration staff, tool design
engineers, tool builders, plant engineers, and machine
operators.
Purpose built facilitiesThe business is currently manufacturing in Australia
between two purpose-built locations. Our NSW facility
houses metal pressing operations, including 40 presses
to 400 tonne capacity, a 120 tonne brake press, and
a roll former. Sankey VIC operations houses 6 state-
of-the-art aluminium die-casting machines up to 650
tonne capacity, 2 CNC machines, and a sophisticated
3 axis coordinate measuring machine. Offering the
fl exibility of 7 day 24 hour shifts at both locations, we
can easily manage seasonal and unexpected demand
fl uctuations. This structure allows us to focus on the
specifi c needs of our customers by providing specialist
advice and support, plus the added benefi t of being able
to manufacture exactly to customer specifi cation.
