Indiana Special Events Product Highlights Liquor Liability Inspections TRIA General Liability UW File Product Highlights Our Special Event program is designed for both private and public event coverage. Event types include low exposure parties such as weddings and reunions, up to trade shows and sporting competitions and even haunted houses and hay rides. The program meets the needs of a wide variety of insured types including event organizers, participants, vendors and exhibitors. Our Special Event program is designed for both private and public event coverage. Event types include low exposure parties such as weddings and reunions, up to trade shows and sporting competitions and even haunted houses and hay rides. The program meets the needs of a wide variety of insured types including event organizers, participants, vendors and exhibitors.

Our target events are meant to be written on short term, non-renewable policies with the option to write annual renewal policies for insureds that need it. Policies providing coverage for multiple events on non-consecutive days will limit coverage to only the days of the scheduled events. Coverage can also be extended for days used to set up and/or tear down for the event(s) for no additional charge.

Liquor Liability coverage is available for most eligible event types. The coverage must be packaged with an acceptable General Liability exposure to be eligible for consideration. Low minimum premiums make for a very appealing add-on to a strong package product.

The first Additional Insured from the group below is included at no additional charge; each additional one after the first Additional Insured from the group is $50:

bounded by stone or metal (uncontrolled fires are prohibited)

o Burning of anything other than wood is prohibited

o Oversight of the fire should be provided by a FD or someone with knowledge of monitoring and controlling fires

o Water or fire extinguishers are required to be available

Horse drawn rides Trade show booths that allow attendees to

participate in physical activities or use any type of equipment or machinery

Pumpkin throwing, launching or catapulting (area must be fenced to keep spectators out)

Amusement rides owned or operated by the insured

• Annual event policies - three years for each of the lines issued with us (insureds in business less than three years must provide loss runs for all years they have been in business if applicable)

available, website screenshots, etc.

If an endorsement is issued during the policy term, the same requirements as above apply; provide details on the reason for the change for our company file.

Your policy file shall contain, at minimum, the following:

CapSpecialty will monitor compliance through its Portfolio Management Review Process.

E-SIGNATURE

We will accept e-signature document(s) generated between a General Agent, Broker or Retail Agent with a business or consumer provided that the e-signature meets or exceeds the minimum e-signature requirements outlined below:

• The signer receives Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (UETA) or State consumer consent disclosures; and

• The signer has affirmatively consented to use electronic records for the transaction and has not withdrawn consent; and

• An associated record is kept reflecting the process by which the signature was created; and

• The record is retained and capable of reproduction by all parties.

Agents will not need to notify us that they are using e-Sign technology. However, Agents, upon request, must produce all required electronically signed applications and supplemental applications and/or questionnaires including electronic audit trails to show verification of e-signature and compliance with the minimum requirements.

CapSpecialty will monitor compliance through its Portfolio Management Review Process.
