The "LPM325" is an entry model of the metal
3D printer which performs high-speed 3D mold
machining by melting and solidifying a metal
powder, and reference plane machining on a
molded workpiece by a single machine. The

ber and the optimized recovery method of the
fumes generated during laser beam machining,
realized improvement in the molding speed at a
high quality.

A machining accuracy of a nano-scale is required for
devices which use the characteristics of components for
optical systems and inspection, and the superfine area,
and the manufacturing process of molds which support
production of these components. The "AZ275nano" real-
ized stable superfine and ultra-precision machining on
such a nano-scale at higher speeds, which supports the
next generation nanotechnology.
The electrified "eV-LINE" and new mold clamp-
ing mechanism developed based on the high
accuracy and stable molding by the V-LINE®, re-
alized high cycle molding and energy savings even
further. Sodick's "MS series" is one response to the
high accuracy required for plastic molded products
and the increased complications.
This model has the most up-to-date oil machining
specifications, ensuring absolute reliability when
performing die machining of precision electrical and
electronic components and motor cores.
This model uses ceramic parts including a highly rig-
id gantry structure, an arm suspension structure and
an insulated table, and also employs linear motor
drive to realize high-speed & high response.
This is the largest model in the series. It meets the needs
for high-speed machining of multiple rib-shaped products,
such as bumpers, front grilles and doors for automobiles, in
a large die. By using the latest CAE analysis to carry out the
optimum design, this model can handle additionally large
workpieces while keeping the installation area to a mini-
mum.

This is an entry model high-speed molding metal 3D printer equipped with a high-output fiber laser of 500 W.
This model is also equipped with a reference plane machining mechanism for secondary machining of
molded objects.
This mechanism enables positioning of the base plate and molded objects, which allows for efficient use of
existing equipment, such as electric discharge machines and cutting machines.
Molds with built-in 3D cooling piping which completely changes the mold manufacturing of plastic prod-
ucts can be manufactured, which realizes a ground-breaking performance.
This is a dedicated production cell system which demonstrates the capability of the molds with built-in 3D cool-ing piping molded in the metal 3D printer to the utmost.This model consists of a structure integrated with the peripheral devices required for resin molding, based on the injec-tion molding unit of the V-LINE® method.
The 3D cooling piping inside the mold which is a feature
of the molds molded in the metal 3D printer are controlled
by two temperature control circuits. Using the cooling
effect to the utmost realizes a great reduction in the cycle
time and suppresses deformation, which could not be
achieved by a conventional production system.
A unique cassette molding structure has also been ad-
opted. This model also realized an outstanding reduction
in the mold replacement time (about 10 minutes) and
space-savings.

This service is for replacing wire after being used in a wire-cut EDM with various new consumables as "return products."
This send back service provides replacement and disposal work of the ion
exchange resin of a demineralizer for customers. Sodick developed the first
demineralizer collection system for wire-cut EDMs in the industry, so that it
can be used at a highly activated state at all times.
Sodick will collect the wire of any manufacturer if the main component of the wire is "copper" or "zinc." You can select the product to be replaced using the "weight.com" web site for the wire recycling system.
Replacing used wire with new products provides various merits, such as customer's cost reduction and participation in a recycling-oriented society. There is no registration fee or maintenance cost for this service, and no shipping charge to send the used wire.

V-LINE® High Cycle Compact Precision Injection Molding Machine
The V-LINE® global standard model contributes to high-value added molding in extensive fields, including precision, electronics, optics and medical instruments. This model is equipped with an electric hybrid di-rect pressure mold clamping system which reproduces an accurate and uniform mold clamping force, which realizes a high molding quality.
This machine is standardly equipped with a newly developed total servo system. The pump driven by an electric servomotor further improves the operat-ing accuracy and energy savings of the mold clamp-ing process and plasticization process.
This machine realizes high yields in thick and deep medium sized mold-
ed products with complicated design shapes targeting automobile me-
chanical components. Adopted wide platens where the internal area of
the tie bars is 30% more than a conventional machine.
This is a new generation V-LINE® high cycle injection molding
machine which demonstrates both state-of-the-art high cy-
cling and stable molding. It greatly improves the yield rate of
small precision molding.

The direct pressure mold clamping mechanism and exclusively designed
V-LINE® supports all thermosetting resins from super-low viscosity to high vis-

This is a high pressure and high-speed model with improved tracking capabili-ty of the injection speed by the new ultra high-speed hydraulic pressure servo system control, and improved responsiveness of the falling injection pressure after V-P switching.This is suitable for molding thin-walled light guide plates for backlights of smart phones, etc.

Vertical Injection Molding Machine

This is a single-action model of the V-LINE® vertical type injection
molding machine.
This model is equipped with an electric servo motor mechanism
which accurately controls the position during the mold opening/clos-
ing process, and a hydraulic cylinder mechanism which reproduces a
uniform mold clamping force during the mold clamping process.
The adopted unique counter balance mechanism increased the mold
open/close speed by canceling out the weight of the injection plasti-
cization unit and movable platen.
This is a rotary model of the V-LINE® vertical type injection
molding machine which realized high stop position accura-
cy and high-speed by a rotary table drive equipped with an
electric servo.
The outstanding rotation stop control accuracy contributes
to improvement in the molding yield rate of expensive in-
sert products.

Vacuum Extruder
When producing pasta and noodle sheets with a firm texture a screw extruder is used. Drawing a vacuum inside the noodle dough greatly improves the texture. The "Air Locker Type Vacuum Chamber" efficiently draws a vacuum while continuously producing noodles in the completely sealed machine.

This system sterilizes the container and rice at the same time in a short

CIPAutomatic Boiling Machine
This fully automated machine boils, washes and cools udon, soba and etc. in single serving units. This machine is also equipped with a CIP cleaning system that automatically cleans the inside after production is completed, which eliminates the cleaning work performed by people which used to be a significant burden until now.

This noodle making machine folds the noodle sheets and reverses the sheets 90 degrees to continuously roll the noodle sheets. Excellent resilient noodle sheets can be produced.

Continuous Noodle Pressing Machine Noodle Slitter
This machine gradually rolls the noodle sheets, and slits the sheets into noodles. The slack between each roll is controlled automatically by a proportional control system. The direct drive without chains and oil bath gear box realize hygienic and easy cleaning. Various types of noodle products, such as udon, Chinese noodles, soba and flat wheat noodles can be produced automatically by changing the cutting blades.
Vacuum Z Blade Kneader
This dough kneading machine consists of a unique structure where the Z-shaped kneading blade which improves the kneading ability is separated on the right and left. The dough can be kneaded uniformly at a low-speed rotation without damaging the dough.

container trays in production lines for cooked noodles and box
