THIS PRODUCT DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
(“Acknowledgement”), entered onto 1 April, 2019 is between:
(a) Photography Business, LLC , a Virginia Limited Liability Company with
a principal office address of 111 Nikonville, Tamron, US 11111 (“Photographer”);
and
(b) Client Name , a natural person with an address of

This Acknowledgement establishes that all products have been delivered and
accepted by the Client. Upon signing this Acknowledgement all sales are
final. The Client agrees that all products and services have been delivered as

If digital files are a part of the purchase, your purchase of the original files

images, and also releases from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital
