Shelf life
Max. humidity 90% RH. Humidity at a temperature in the substrate at +15 ° C - +25 ° C according to Floor Gulvfakta section 2.11 and 2.12. Should the temperature of the floor after commissioning (eg by heating) be modified, the humidity must be measured at this temperature.
The subfloor must be clean, dry and leveled, leveled to ± 2 mm measured with a 2 m straightedge. The temperature in the room must according to Gulvfakta section 2.14 be +20 ° C and humidity between 35% RH - 75% RH. If the humidity is too high, it can be reduced by heating and ventilation.
Toothed trowel
Textile floor coverings 300 – 550 g/m2.
On absorbent surfaces the carpet is installed after a short delay and within 20 min. in order to achieve full pass to the backing. The carpet is rubbed firmly into the adhesive so that all air bubbles disappear. After approx. 1 hour rubbing/drum rolling of the carpet. Non-absorbent surfaces must be levelled before installation.
Installation / waiting time depends on the current temperature and humidity. The above times are stated on the basis of laboratory tests at 180 C and 65% RH. Therefore, the times given as a guideline only.
Good cleanliness should be observed. Avoid skin and eye contact. Glue on the skin is removed with soap and water or hand cleaner. Tools are cleaned with water before the glue dry. Dried up adhesive can be removed mechanically.
12 months in tightly closed container.
