The Anthesis Compliance SuiteThe Anthesis Compliance Suite (ACS) is a web based system which serves as an efficient data collection tool to augment your enterprise resource planning and product lifecycle management-based platforms by providing efficient product compliance and conflict minerals supply chain data exchange. Ongoing project examplesFull material disclosureWe work with a major B2C consumer electronics manufacturer to provide full material disclosure (FMD) data collection and validation to support product compliance and their green chemistry program. We also brought their suppliers onboard so that they could provide accurate FMD and laboratory test reports for all homogenous materials.

Conflict minerals complianceWe conduct end to end conflict minerals compliance project outsourcing for a major B2B electronics manufacturer, including product assessments, due diligence plans, supplier training, supplier data collection, risk analysis, due diligence record preparation, customer communications, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting.

Data collectionWe support a major B2C retail firm with FMD data collection for materials used in their products. This includes training and capacity building for factories to provide the required information. We then compare our client’s data with a custom list of restricted materials for the retail industry and provide suitable recommendations for chemical substitution.
