TSM600-250F Series a) TSM600-250F-2 (A88766-000) b) TSM600-250F-RA-2 (A88390-000) Additional Information: Reason for change: Current design assembly process could create burrs at the bottom of TSM600-250F devices which can cause device to be raised off surface and lead to loose solder joints. As a preventative measure, the housing design was re-evaluated. This is a minor cosmetic change that will not affect performance. Scopes of the change: 1. Part appearance will be changed due to minor cosmetic change on bottom of housing. No Change to the following: 1. Data sheet will remain the same 2. Part description and ordering number will not change. 3. Part material will not change. 4. Part specification and performance will not change. 5. Part MOQ and packaging method will not change.

Additional Information: Reason for change: Current design assembly process could create burrs at the bottom of TSM600-250F devices which can cause device to be raised off surface and lead to loose solder joints. As a preventative measure, the housing design was re-evaluated. This is a minor cosmetic change that will not affect performance. Scopes of the change:

1. Part appearance will be changed due to minor cosmetic change on bottom of housing.

Background

▪ Potential for burrs at the bottom of TSM600-250F

devices. This could cause device to be raised off surface

and lead to a loose solder joint or electrical connection.

▪ As a preventative measure, the housing design was re-

▪ The MSL of TSM600 devices are 2A (60℃/90%RH 168h)

▪ Test Condition: 60℃/90%RH for 168 hours, then Reflow

on the test Board

▪ Sample Size: 15pcs/lot

▪ Acceptance Criteria: No bulb on the housing post aging

and reflow tests.
