The ultrasound and ecg-gels are produced by Ultragel and marketed by Liquimedics on the basis of a proven European formula and the individual production technology developed is well known and widely distributed all over in the international market. The excellent quality of our gels, and other medical accessories is acknowledged in many countries around the world. Ultragel’s products are present in Asia, Africa, Europe, Far & Middle Eastern Countries as well, exporting to more than 34 countries worldwide. Proper product quality of the produced medical items is ensured through applying precise production technology and strict controls, based on a closed production system and on a continuously developing equipment park. Controlling under the International System Standards the digital PH-measuring, computerised viscosity control, digital water quality examination and microbiological report also assure best production level.

For EEG applications and more, the innovativeOneStep Gel combines the typical two step approach of skin preparation and conductivity gel application into a single step. Besides the convenience of a one step process, the optimal conductivity to the elec-trodes is achieved using the OneStep Gel. Due to the skin’s natural fat content and corneous layer, a good contact between scalp and the elec-trodes is often not achieved even with the use of conductive gels. The consequence is incorrect or non-analyzable results. In fact lack of electrode contact is the most frequent malfunction source within EEG measurements. To minimize this source of error, the scalp should be prepared before application of the electrodes by cleansing and exfoliating the skin. Due to the experiences in the practice OneStep AbrasivPlus is a consequent ad-vancement of other EEG gels. It offers a stronger abrasive effect and it is more viscous. Therefore On-eStep AbrasivPlus shows excellent results for the use in ECG and long-term examinations too, even if the corneous layer is thicker or the patient suffers from intense perspiration.OneStep Gel is produced according to pharmaceutical GMP conditions. It is available in packaging sizes of 120 g and has a shelf life of 36 months.
