We manufacture a large range of stock products, but strive to give you, the expert, the exact product and size that your patient needs. We can also manufacture non-stock products at our custom built factory in Port Glasgow.

We are fully accredited to Medical Device Directive ISO 13485 and audited by the British Standards Institute.

The Selling PriceWe have tried to keep our costs as low as possible. We have not employed an expensive team of Sales Representatives, and accordingly can supply to you at factory prices.

All orders less than £200 will incur a carriage cost of £4.50

Timed or Saturday deliveries will incur additional cost

The Push CMC consists of a cylindrical section around the ball of the thumb

and a fixed connection running along the palm to the outside of the hand.

This can be closed at the back of the hand with two non-elastic bands. The

cylindrical section consists of two components: an aluminium strip and a

flexible, synthetic part. The aluminium strip can be shaped and individually

adapted for maximum stabilisation of the base of the thumb.

The selected materials and rounded edges guarantee maximum comfort.

The simple closing system enables patients to fit the brace themselves

without any effort.

The Push CMC is a slim and compact product. The brace can be used in

the water. Hygiene is important around the hand. Therefore the synthetic

material is antibacterial and the brace can be washed in a washing machine

at 40°.

The Push CMC is an ingenious design that solves the problem of pain

for those with CMC osteoarthritis, including me! I am eager to wear it

because of its comfort, lack of functional impediment, and durability. In

Made of 1.6mm high-temperature polypropylene, Oval-8 splints can be

adjusted with a heat gun for a small angle alteration. With a simple turn

of the splint, each Oval-8 Finger Splint can be used to correct Swan Neck,

Boutonniere and Mallet deformities, reduce Lateral Deviation and rest Trigger

Finger. Oval-8 splints feature a wide, flat band for comfortable pressure

distribution and control. Available in 12 sizes, each splint fits both a full and

half ring size. Sizes correspond to jeweller’s ring sizes, though correlation may

vary due to swelling or joint changes.

Jura Shoulder LockA universal fast-fit low profile shoulder immobiliser. The Jura Shoulder Lock

comes complete with a body wrap to which the upper arm wrap is secured

to effectively immobilise the shoulder. The wrist wrap fixes to the anterior of

the body wrap and this in turn is secured to the shoulder strap using a fast-

fit snap buckle. The shoulder strap can be adjusted posteriorly to achieve a

comfortable fit for the patient and also to alter the brace to fit left or right.

There is a large comfort pad to distribute pressure over the shoulder /clavicle.

This is a shoulder immobiliser that is easy to fit and the modular design

greatly improves patient compliance.

A 50cm long wrap-around knee brace with Range of Motion (ROM) Joints. K-air X 3D

spacer fabric offers excellent comfort, compression support and fit. The brace has

a range of rigid and elastic straps that can be adjusted anteriorly and posteriorly to

allow a perfect fit and joint alignment. The ROM joints have a wide range of flexion

and extension settings and the brace is suitable for the treatment of various knee

conditions including mild/moderate collateral ligament injuries and mild instability of

cruciate ligaments.

Terry Strap

Terry Strap is a padded, adhesive backed, terry towel lined material that is

available in three widths. 3mm thick Terry Strap is a versatile material that

is effective when used to line splints or to pad the edges of casts or splints.

The structure of the material allows for a limited amount of stretching and

shaping to help when forming it to the edges or inner surface of a splint

or cast. This is a really useful material to have in the plaster room and the

splinting workshop and it will greatly improve the comfort and finish of any

splint or cast

Delivery (UK Mainland Excluding Highlands & Islands)We are proud of our service level and maintain adequate stocks to expedite speedy delivery.

Kare manufactured products are generally processed and despatched on day of order.

Made-to-measure products generally processed and despatched on day following order.

All deliveries are sent out on a next day basis. Any orders less than £200 will incur a carriage charge of £4.50

Should you require Saturday delivery or Next Day delivery before 10.00 a.m. or 12 noon, this will incur additional carriage costs.

Returns and RefundsMade to measure products are non-returnable.

Goods to be returned must have a completed Kare Returns Note attached detailing the reason for their return. Call our Customer Service Department on 01475 743400 and a Returns Note will be sent to attach to the returned goods. Returned goods, which are clean, unused and which can be re-sold can be exchanged for other Kare products.

Goods returned for credit and not exchange, will incur a 10% re-stocking fee. This fee covers administration, inspection, repackaging and re-stocking costs, incurred when goods are returned.

Short delivery or incorrect delivery or damaged goods

Notify us within 7 working days of receipt of order if goods are delivered short, incorrect or damaged.

PricingAll prices are exclusive of VAT and are valid with immediate effect. We reserve the right to change pricing due to unforeseen circumstances.

PaymentPayment should be made within 30 days of date of invoice by cheque or bank transfer as per details shown on our invoice.

Because of our extensive worldwide connections, we can source most new products that you have seen. Again, please speak to our Customer Service Department.
