Flexline TPO

Description

Flexline TPO(Thermoplastic Polyolefin) waterproofing membranes areamong the fastest growing segments of the membrane market today dueto their relative ease of application (heat welding rather than hot-pouredbitumen). TPO membranes are more easily welded and reprocessed likeother thermoplastics and unlike vulcanized EPDM rubber, TPO retainsgood low-temperature flexibility by containing EP rubber. In comparison with other thermoplastics, shrinkage and aging is less of afactor due to the fact that TPOs typically do not require plasticizers. MIXKOTE MKT 1 (also known as T1) is a dry specially formulated powdercontaining organic chemicals and cementitious materials. The organicchemicals in MIXKOTE is the key to the action of the concrete treatmentsystem. MIXKOTE MIM is a cementitious chemical powder compound used for thetreatment of concrete and other materials containing portland cement.

MIXKOTE MIM is specially blended for use as an admixture at concretebataching plants; its introduction into concrete premix reduces waterpermeability of the final poured concrete by forming chemical crystalsthroughout the concrete mass when the chemicals contained in MIXKOTEMIM interact with concrete.
