Smart Cleanse ProgramThere are two Be BodySmart Detoxification programs available, both of which will produce significant detoxification. The first involves a 72-hour fast of only lemon juice in water. While this can produce the deepest detox, not everyone can fast. For those individuals, we have an alternative program that can be completed along with food.

The 72-Hour Fast and Detoxification With Smart CleanseBegin by making up 2-3 quarts of distilled water with lemon juice added to taste. You may also add some honey or other sweetener for taste.

An essential oil is the essence produced by hundreds of aromatic plants through the process of photosynthesis. The oils are formed in the green, chlorophyll-bearing parts of the plant in specialized epidermal glands called Glandular Trichomes. Be You Academy was developed with the primary concept that essential oils tend to be overly generalized, meaning that most other companies give incomplete, generalized information. They’ll say, “Lemon oil is a citrus oil that is for aroma and can clean the air and is good for energy.” This is all accurate, but it doesn’t help newcomers understand the reason, the purpose, or how these benefits occur.

The premise behind Be You Academy is to understand the full depth of information available on essential oils and their proper use. We want to build a company that not only supplies high quality oils, but also provides the education and knowledge necessary to bring you back to nature. We want to help people understand how to listen to their bodies and what they are trying to communicate. We want to teach them which products to use and why, on a scientific level.

Be Young Total Health has created a way to track and communicate the different techniques developed by Dr. Dana C. Young with Be Young Essential Oils. Become a Soil to Oil expertAs a participant progresses through Be You Academy, they have a great opportunity to become a Certified Instructor for Be Young Total Health. This doesn’t mean that we provide professional recognition that participants are certified body workers, but that Be Young Total Health understands and acknowledges that they have received the education necessary to teach others how to use these specific techniques, along with the essential oils. If participants happen to be certified professional body workers (such as massage therapists, physical therapists, etc.) they can, of course, move forward with using more advanced techniques. Those who are not professionally certified would need to go out and earn that professional licensure in order to do so.

Eventually we would like to have Be You Academy become a powerful tool for all users. Here, Sharing Partners and Certified Instructors can participate in active forums, build helpful documents, and access inclusive educational information on the modalities, techniques and essential oils that will help them progress through their experience with Be Young Total Health and become professionals in their fields.

What we want to accomplish with Be You Academy is to give you access to Dr. Dana C. Young and his extensive knowledge base. Until now, he has been a single person, delivering his message one instructional session at a time. We don’t want just one professional in this field. We would like to allow every person the opportunity to develop a skill level up to, or close to, where Dr. Dana C. Young has grown over the course of 20 years. In the past, he was the single point of education. If you wanted that education, you needed to be where he was and hear what he had to say. Be You Academy will put that information in your hands, and also highlight others who have progressed through the process, allowing them to be recognized as experts. It will provide access to them and their knowledge, creating a community among Sharing Partners. With Be You Academy, we have offered a way to have this knowledge and education brought to people locally, through instructors who have become certified.
