Twelve years ago, WaterSaver introduced the first dual purposeemergency eye wash and drench hose units. These units meetthe requirements of ANSI Z358.1 as both an eye wash and adrench hose. Since that time, these units have become themost widely used type of emergency equipment for laboratoryuse. Product Bulletin No. 03-02"AutoFlow" Eye and Eye/Face Wash Units

WaterSaver "AutoFlow" eye and eye/face wash units are designedto be mounted either next to or behind a sink. The unit is activatedby swinging the outlet head assembly horizontally out over the sinkor down from the vertical to the horizontal position. Swinging theoutlet head assembly into position activates the water flow. The unitremains in operation until the outlet head assembly is swung backinto the storage position, closing the valve.
