SUMMARYProcurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist assigned to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) GasTransmission and Distribution, Sourcing Department - Work collaboratively with key lines of business partners to develop and write contracts through negotiations and /or competitive bid processes. Work with other subject matter specialists, Law, Internal Audit and Insurance departments as required. Examples of contract related work products include: Master Service Agreements (MSA), Contract Work Authorizations (CWA), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and related reports, letters and correspondences. Proficiently using SAP, SRM and Power Advocate to develop and administer contracts, change orders, and bid packages in a pipeline construction environment.
