Today, curry is eaten all over the world Preview: In this presentation, I’ll explain how to make Shrimp Curry using fresh organic vegetables. Audience Questions: Please stop me at any time if you have a question. BODY: The first part is the preparation stage . This is when you when you get all your ingredients ready. First , pour enough rice for 3-4 people into a rice cooker and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Next , wash the shrimp and vegetables in cool water and place them in separate bowls. Then , chop up different kinds of vegetables. I like to use fresh organic broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms. However, you can use any vegetables you like. The second step is the cooking stage . During this step, mix all the vegetables together and place them in a large metal wok. If you don’t have a wok, a normal fry pan will work. Add some oil and gently sauté the vegetables. Be careful not over cook the vegetables. Next , combine curry spice and add the shrimp. Gently stir the ingredients until the curry paste is evenly spread throughout.

BODY:

The first part is the preparation stage. This is when you when you get all your ingredients ready.

First, pour enough rice for 3-4 people into a rice cooker and let it cook for about 30 minutes.

Next, wash the shrimp and vegetables in cool water and place them in separate bowls.

Then, chop up different kinds of vegetables. I like to use fresh organic broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms. However, you can use any vegetables you like.

The second step is the cooking stage. During this step, mix all the vegetables together and place them in a large metal wok. If you don’t have a wok, a normal fry pan will work.

Let everything simmer over low heat for about 10min. You may want to add some coconut milk at this point. This will give your curry a rich creamy flavor.

The last step is serving stage. Pour the curry over rice, or, place in a separate bowl. This part is up to you.

Finally, you are ready to enjoy a delicious curry dinner with your friends.
