Process Journal (Cutting Ices & Filing Ices) Nov 3 rd , 2010 1. What did I do? Basically, today I didn’t do much work on my project. Even though, I had double period of DT. I finished cutting the ices. I cut the ices, because to make my project more realistic. Plus, today I forgot to bring my hair tie. Which means I could not use the Disc- sander and those machine things, because my hair is pretty long and it might go in to the machines. Pretty dangerous. 2. The Emotion Today, I was a bit not happy, because after I finished with cutting the ices and filing. I asked Mr. Anderson to give me a piece of wood that I can use as for my wheels. However, that time Mr. Anderson was a bit busy. Which means that I needed to wait for a while. I thought I would wait for about 3 minutes. However, I waited for about 10 minutes. I know that Mr. Anderson was busy. But it’s not fair. I asked help first. However, he is just helping other guys. 3. Changes to your plan Of course, I have some changes from the main final design. Originally, the plan, I didn’t have to make the ices. However, to make my project more realistic, I sketched on wood and cut it out. 4. What’s Next? The next step is to cut wheels with coping saw and drill the middle part of wheels. Which means next in DT class, I need to use driller and coping saw. Plus, I think I need to do some sanding the ices by using Disc- Sander. 5. Why?

Process Journal (Cutting Ices & Filing Ices)

Nov 3rd, 20101. What did I do?

Basically, today I didn’t do much work on my project. Even though, I had double period of DT. I finished cutting the ices. I cut the ices, because to make my project more realistic. Plus, today I forgot to bring my hair tie. Which means I could not use the Disc-sander and those machine things, because my hair is pretty long and it might go in to the machines. Pretty dangerous.

2. The Emotion

Today, I was a bit not happy, because after I finished with cutting the ices and filing.

3. Changes to your plan

Of course, I have some changes from the main final design.

Plus, I think I need to do some sanding the ices by using Disc-Sander.

5. Why?

Now, I am in creating stage, I guess I am almost finished by using coping saw. After I cut the all-4 wheels. I don’t really need the coping saw.

6. A.O.I & Learner Profile

Today’s A.O.I is I guess it is “Approach To Learning”, because first, I need to learn and then I can do actually the work. The Learner Profile for today is, thinker. I needed to think which place the ices should fit.
