******In the reference 1st cited, APPMBhas issued a circular to submit self

assessment report in the prescribed proforma along with documentary proof toknow the status of ParamedicalInstitutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

The management of M/s.Chaitanya Institute of Medical Sciences,Sankarapuram, Kadapa submitted the self assessment report. On scrutiny of thesame, the following irregularities were observed in running the institution :

1) No Government order/ Permission for Enhancement of seats for DRGACoursewith intake capacity of 4 to 30, DOAcourse with intake capacity of 8 to 30 andDECGcoursewith intake capacity of 12 to 30.

2) "Certificate of Recognition" produced by the Management of the institution forDMLTCourse. On verification it is found that the certificate of recognition wasissued by the then Secretary, APPMBmentioning order in WP No.29993 of 2011,though it is not applicable to the present institution and without any permission /Governmentorder from Government.

For the above irregularities, the Board has issued show cause notice andgiven an opportunity to the management for submission of explanation along withsupporting documents. The said show cause notice was returned by the Postalauthorities with endorsement" the address left without intimation" on 14/07/2016.

The issue was placed before the Executive Committee meeting held on22/07/2016 and the Secretary, APPMBis authorized to initiate appropriate actionagainst the M/s.Chaitanya Institute of MedicalSciences,Sankarapuram, Kadapa.

After careful examination of the available records, it was found that themanagementfailed to submit any relevant documents for enhancement of seats forDRGA,DOAand DECGCoursesand essentiality certificate / Government orders forDMLTCourse.

The management of M/s.Navodaya DMLT Training Institute,Ananthapur submitted the self assessment report. On scrutiny of the same, thefollowing irregularities were observed in running the institution:

1) No Government order/ permission for Enhancement of seats for DMLT Coursefrom 20 to 30 seats.2) The Management has submitted for Certificate of recognition for DOA(20),DDIALY(30), DMST (20), DANS(20) without Government orders/any relevantessentiality certificates.3) The Management shifted the institution from Narasaraopet , Guntur Dist toTadipatri Road, Ananthapur without Government Permission which is invoilation ofGOMs.No. 107 HM& FW(K2) Dept., dated 19/04/2003.

For the above irregularities, the Board has issued show cause notice andgiven an opportunity to the management for submission of explanation along withsupporting documents.Though, the show Cause notice was served on 04/06/2016.The management not responded the notice till to date.

The issue was placed before the Executive Committee meeting held on22/07/2016 and the Secretary; APPMB is authorized to initiate appropriate actionagainst the M/s.Navodaya DMLTTraining Institute, Ananthapur.

After careful examination of the available records, it was found that themanagement failed to submit any relevant documents for enhancement of seats forDMLT Course and essentiality certificate / Government orders for DOA, D DIALY,DMSTand DANSCourses.

For the above irregularities, the Board has issued show cause notice and given anopportunity to the management for submission of explanation along with supportingdocuments.Though, the show Cause notice was served on 04/06/2016.The managementnot respondedthe notice till to date.
